Consultant should be Registered of Company (RoC) as consultant.

The intending bidder should have annual financial turnover of minimum of two times of the amount put to tender of Rs. 96.50 Lakh in two financial years during the last five years (i.e,.2020-21 to 2024-25). Certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant mentioning UDIN No. should be enclosed (Additional weightage at 10% for each year shall be given for turn over to bring it to 2025-26)

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor at least one similar type of consultancy work costing not less than Rs.24.12 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% of estimated value of contract) during last 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25). An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the present price level. The work done certificate should be obtained from a competent authority not below the rank of Executive engineer of the concerned division/equivalent officer.

Liquid assets and availability of credit facilities of not less than 30% amount put to tender (Rs. 14.47 Lakh) (Credit lines/Letters of credit/Certificates from Nationalized Banks/Scheduled Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., the contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the Banks.

The Consultancy firm should have experience in detailed planning of Pressurized Distribution network up to 1 Ha /Micro Irrigation network, design of appurtenant works such as Primary and secondary feeder lines, pumping machinery, drip networks, valves, sluices etc., preparation of package estimates and Bid document for providing Micro Irrigation facility for minimum 12,542 Ha Command Area

The Consultancy firm should have completed at least 1 DPRs of Pressurized Distribution network /Micro Irrigation/ Lift Irrigation works as per CWC Norms and shall have got approved from CWC, Delhi.

Description of Methodology: The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame.

Personnel including Skills and competencies: The Bidder / Company should have and deploy the following key personnel / man power for the assignment. Bio-data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished. (A) Key Personnel - (a) Senior Water Resources Engineer - A Post-Graduate in Water Resources / Hydrology Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field, (b) Senior Electromechanical Engineer - A Post Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Environment/Civil Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of design of Lift Irrigation Scheme, (c) Senior GIS Specialist - A Post-Graduate in Civil Engineering/Remote Sensing with a minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of GIS/Total Station survey (d) Senior Structural Engineer - A Post-Graduate in Structural Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field. (B) Supporting Staff - (e) SCADA Expert - A Graduate in Electrical& Electronics/Electronics and Communication engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant field of SCADA and Automation, (f) Senior Surveyor - A Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in operation of Total Station and GPS equipment, (g) CAD Draughtsman - A Diploma in civil engineering with minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field.
