M & L for Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes PN - 16 Pipe, 40 mm OD (SDR-7.4) confirming to IS:15801, UV stabilized & anti - microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all PP - R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings and fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing including testing of joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for comprehensive periodical maintenance of water softner plant of capacity 500 LPH for their proper functioning as per manufacturer's recommendations of any make as per site by complete unit checkup incl electrical machinery, general cleaning, backwashing, chemical cleaning of cartridge and replacement of all type of filters basis as per the complaint during the contract Period, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- (i) Membrane and other consumables as well as spare parts shall be considered in quoated rates.)

M&L for cleaning of semi under ground sump of storage capacity of water up to 100000 gallons thoroughly by removing mud, dirt etc. from the sump by the following method, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Cleaning inner surface of the tank by scraping with steel wire brushes and removing mud and sludge collected in and outside of the tank and removing sludge to a distance not exceeding 50 meter. (b) Washing with clean water thoroughly complete tank internally and finally cleaning with bleaching powder. (c) writing date of cleaning on the sump.

M&L for alam or aluminium sulphate (KAl(SO₄)₂·12H₂O) for mixing in sadimentation tank for cleaning the water as and when required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for bleaching powder for mixing the bleaching powder in water tank for water supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
