Material and labour junction boxes with new Thermoplastic Cable Junction Boxes IP66/67 "weather proof" , for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry with terminals suitable for 10-16sqmm cable off Size 155 X 210 X 92 mm incl busbar fixed in repairs and including Necessary civil works and connecting all incoming and outgoing wires with AL lugs of appropiate sizes and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade PVC insulated weather proof sheathed copper cable 1.5 sqmm size 3 core fixed with RCC/Steel tubular pole including PVC conduit medium grade 19/20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of pole number using stensils of letter size 75mm height with white synthetic enamel paint over black background complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of electric substation by uprooting unwanted grass, bushes and trimming of branches, surface dressing not exc.15cms deep in loose/soft soil to cut the grass,throne busehs and other any type of grass upto root level surrounding the installation and depositing the same at nearby garbage pit, refreshing and re-spreading aggregates inside the premises of sub station if any including cleaning of road/path/fencing etc, maintenance of transformer platform all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete load balancing of each transformer LT Supply by analysing data and reconnecting of load as per requirement to balance the load, the diconnection of cable from ACSR LT poles, cable etc to be done by taking proper shutdown to avoid any unwated condition complete connection in all respects as diected by engr-in-charge. The quoted rate shall include the cost of electrical and instruments/tools required during load balancing by the skilled electricians.

M&L for shifting of LT pole from one place to another under the AOR of AGE E/M Solmara including excavation and PCC work for dismatling/erection of LT pole all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Necessary T&P and transportation shall be demed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for shifting of LT panel/bus bar chamber from one place to another under the AOR of AGE E/M Solmara including excavation and PCC work for dismatling/installation of LT panel/ bus bar chamber including necessary discnnection and reconnection of LT cables all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Necessary T&P and transportation shall be demed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for preparing and painting on steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-31 (9.00 metre long) including cross arms, GI brackets with one coats of aluminium paint over existing painted surface on exposed portion and including making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer using single coat of synthetic enamel paint over existing painted surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting to PCC pole (8.50/9.00 metre long) surfaces with single coat of cement based paint over existing painted surface and 30 cm alternative black and yellow strips and remaining portion up to 1.20 metre height from ground level including MS frames like channel,clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with single coat of synthetic enamel paint of suitable colour complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for carrying out Maintenance/servicing of 100 KVA DG set of capacity of Make:- Kirloskar/Bliss/Mahindra & Mahindra/etc. Note: (I) Maintenance of DG set to be carried out as per manufacturers instructions or as requirement by qualified service engineer . Takingout burnt/unservieable self starter and refixing after necessary repair including replacement of carbon brushes, brush holder, bearings, solenoid coil, replacement of burnt armature, rewinding of coils, replacement of pinion gears etc for the DG set of capacity 100 KVA. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Maintenance and servicing of alternator by removing of dust and moisture from field coil and armature coil by blowing the hot air for the various capacity of DG set varying from 15-100 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M & L and servicing of turbo charger set with connecting pipe , bearing set , oil seal , ring , bushes etc for the various capacity of DG set varying from 15-100 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M & L for opening and dismantling of cylinder head and connected accessories etc after complete of work including re-assemblying the head and tapit valve setting etc, repalcing the complete gasket set etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :-(i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this sch . (ii) Minor spare parts, which are essential for carrying out repair works but specifically not included in the description of item shall also deemed to be included in the unit rate. Material and Lbour in repair/replacement of Chage over switch manual type of 3 phase 415 v, 200 amp all as specified and as directed

Labour only for attending breakdowns of DG sets/ panels through skilled technician or reputed service centre technician of DG sets with necessary tool kits, checking minor fault in Engine and alternator , carryout necessary repairs works to rectify the defects without major overhauling/opening of Engine or Alternators, replace of external spare to repair/rectify the defects and testing DG set for its smooth functioning on full load complete all as directed. Note : 1. Necessary spares required to rectify the defects shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relavant items. 2. The complaint shall be attended and rectifed within 24 hours from time of reporting by Engr-in-Charge or his authorised representative. 3. Any Major defects shall be reported on priority to Engr-in-Charge to avoid undue delay in fuctioning of installation.
