Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding / terrazo dado etc (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non skid light colour ceramic tiles of any design and pattern 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6. finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Tiles shall be conforming to IS-15622-2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6% length, width and strightness of sides +0.10% (Max deviation). thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & edge curvature and warpage +0.50% (Max deviation). breaking strength 1000N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. (b) Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE (I).

S & F glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mmx 8 to 9mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (a) Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622-2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15% length, width and strightness of sides +0.20% (Max deviation) Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation) straightness of sides and rectangularity +0.15% (Max deviation) surface flatness +0.22% (max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. (b) Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE (I).

Demolition of lime/cement concrete (unreinforced) in floors and paving n. exc 15cm thick above ground floor (sunken floor) including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laittance, scales oil, or any other loose material and removing the demolished material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC/cast iron pipes of 75/100mm jointed in cement mortar in sunken floor slab complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 75mm dia (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall/floor all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110mm dia (ISI Marked) all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan "orissa pattern" size 580X 440 mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) and p/s trape complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vireous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including PVC cover complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC valve less syphonic action type flushing cistern 10ltr capacity low level, white/coloured with inlet ball valve flaot and handle including bracket (incl.taking down old cistern ) and fixing of PVC flush pipe 32 mm dia and PVC connection pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Lean concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and application of two component acrylic polymer modified cementitiuos flexible waterproof of 1mm with a minimum elongation of 100%, after base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials. The coatings shall be applied at intervals and as per the manufacturer's specifications and approved by Engr-in-Charge. Complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Ponding test after water proofing coating will be done for 48 Hrs.

M & L for protection plaster in two layers in CM 1:4 of thickness 15mm for floor and wall till floor level with water proof mixed with liquid polymer @ 1.5 Ltr per 50 Kg bag of cement. Complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only polymer compound for water proofing liquid (ISI Marked) Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 40mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall including making hole for fixing in sunken beam or brick wall. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in bottom of sunken/sub base admixed with liquid WPC and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only flush pipe of polythene of low or high density 32 mm PVC for low level flushing cistern (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CI floor trap any radius of bore 100 mm with grating including jointing to waste pipe in cement concete tpye B1(1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane, brick tiling incl mud mortar and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding, safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over RCC roof and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 .0Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

S & F in repair stop valve/angle valve 15 mm dia cast copper alloy high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwd for iron pipe or union and fixed. Chromium plated fancy type with long shank and cup (concealled type) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair bib tap 15 mm dia cast copper alloy CP with crutch or butter fly handle screwd for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.
