Schedule 'A'

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 500m and n. exc. 900m incl roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block/brick walling built in cement mortar of any description etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for grils.rails etc

Demolition of cement concrete(Reinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Dismantling of cement concrete of any size, position and any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for applying single component acrylic polymer modified, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water prrofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane and WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound and laid on RCC slab as base layer for roof treatment roughening the top surface of concrete by using broom sticks while the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE : water proofing compound paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M & L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of treatement / specified from bottom to top (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parpet surfaces. Bituminious primer shall be 'Tar Mastic' manufactured by M/S STP LTD or 'EMW FLATE' manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Polymeric members shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. (c) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrance shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all ovelaps and joints as per Manufacturers instructions. (iii) APP based polymeric membrance shall be "SUPER THERMOLAY" manufactured by M/S STP LTD or MOPLY FP manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound 200 ml per beg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item of schedule 'A').

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section (shape) in existing roof slab terracing cleaning out and filling solidely with cement and sand mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in water tank platforms,filling and mass concrete.

Taking up or down steel water tubings and fittings etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceilings etc complete all as specified and as directed of following bore:- (a) Bore tubing 15mm

(b) Bore tubing 20mm

M & L for steel tubing medium grade,galvanised fitting fixed complete to walls and ceiling or floor complete for this following. a) Bore tubing 15mm

(b) Bore tubing 20mm

All as per item No 13 (a) here-in-above but fixing only.

Al as per item No 14 (b) here-in-above but fixing only

S & F in repair 500 ltrs rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks (cyclindrical vertical with closed top) incl connecting up pipes securing access covers etc as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 Ltrs and n. exc 1000 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs with all necessary fitting as required, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brickwork with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 by using old size bricks complete.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, cover slabs , shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking , bending and binding with MS wire , not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip.

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) (Bore of pipe 110mm) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with necessary clamps, bolts etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) bends any radius fixed to PVC Pipes/Steel Gutters etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Bore of pipe 110mm)

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers of 10mm each using WPC in finishing layer on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & fair (WPC for finishing layer will be paid seperately as supply only).
