For the steel renewal job the following gutting and de gutting works to be carried out.

Remove and refit of over head and side bulkhead pannels of thickness 12 mm along with associated fittings (PVC beading ,Lock profile, retaining channel, C- channels, L-angle).

Remove and renewal of over head and side bulkhead pannels of thickness 12 mm, along with associated fittings (PVC beading ,Lock profile, retaining channel, C- channels, L-angle) provided with multiwood pannel.

Remove and renewal of over head and side bulkhead G.I sheet of thickness 02 mm along with associated fittings (PVC beading ,Lock profile, retaining channel, C- channels, L-angle).

Remove and renewal of side and over head pannel securing C-channel (110x 4mm).

Remove and renewal of rock wool of thickness 50 mm.

Remove and renewal of rock wool of thickness 25 mm.

Remove and refit of double tier bunk bed size ( 2000x800x1600mm).

Remove and refit of AC Diffuser size ( 520x100x520mm).

Remove and refit of crew & passenger toilet doors size ( 1600x600mm).

Remove and refit of 98 sitting space chair size (1500 x800x600mm).

Remove and refit of 98 sitting space chair size (1630 x 750x1100mm).

Remove and renewal of floor vinyl sheet thickness of 3mm.

Remove and renewal of floor deck compound thickness of 30mm.

Remove and renewal of floor tiles and skirting tile.

Remove and refit of steel cages from meat room at cold storage.

Remove and renewal of deck compound thickness 30 mm at cold storage.

Remove and renewal of deck insulation of thickness 50 mm at cold storage.

Remove and renewal of G.I sheet thickness 3 mm at cold storage.

Remove and refit of alumunium sheet- 4mm.

Remove & refit of over head & side pannels along with all associated fittings

AHU room vent door rubber packing damaged, same to be renewed. approx size ( 1030x85x20x25mm).

Boat deck port side weather tight door locking arrangement to be assemmbled in correct way.

Officer galley exhaust blower upper square flange lip fully corroded thinned down , same to be cropped and renewed,. Approx size ( 380x380x30x8mm)

In pilot cabin bathroom door fully jamed lower portion partially damaged , same to be repaired and rectified / renewed as required. Approx size G.I sheet ( 650x200x4mm)

In owners cabin bathroom door base corroded and damaged , same to be covered with steel /AI sheet . Approx size ( 650x200mm)

In 4th enginner cabin bathroom door frame lower portion base horzontal frames damaged , same to be cropped and renewed. Vertical frame - (460x40x4mm)-02 nos, horizontal frame - (640x50x4mm)

In 3rd officer cabin bathroom door frame damaged and wasted , same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size - (1000x50x50x6mm).

In 2nd officer cabin bathroom toilet discharge soil pipe side frame fully corroded , same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size ( 400x400mm)- alumunium sheet .

Purser cabin ceramic wash basin rectangular type broken ,same to be renewed. Approx size (520x420mm)

In boat deck and funnel deck Guard rail SS chains with SS D-schakle & hook fully corroded ,wasted and thinned down , same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size chain-( 1300x 30x 4mm).

Pilot cabin bathroom door lower portion damaged, same to be renewed with G.I sheet. Approx ( 630x160mm), door side L-angle lower portion corroded , thinned down , same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size ( 300x40x40x6mm)

Purser cabin bathroom door base plate fully corroded and thinned down , same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size (700x50x8mm).

Medical officer bathroom door lower portion fully corroded and thinned down damaged , same to be removed and renewed with Alumunium sheet material. Approx size ( 530x160x4mnm).

Electrical officer cabin bathroom door lower portion and side L-angle fully corroded , cracked and thinned down , same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size MS angle (300x50x50x6mm)-02 nos, steel door (630x200x4mm).

Master cabin wall mounted toilet commode cracked damaged , same to be remove and renewed with base mounting western european type commode Material contractor supply

Rubber packing of fwd natural vent of lamp store and paint store deteriorated, same to be renewed. Approx size (1400x30x30mm) Material contractor supply

Hatch cover opening stopping bar plate with wooden support , corrode and wasted, same to be cropped and renewed. Approx size (130x130x50x8mm).

Lamp store W/T door handle corroded and thinned down, same to be renewed. Approx size (250x25mm) round bar. Material contractor supply

In passenger cabin no 301 , wall mounting toilet commode brioken , same to be renewed with new base mounting type model and fix it same location. For fixing base mounting toilet commode soil pipe connection arrangement to be made as per requirement. Material contractor supply

Passenger cabin no 303, 304, 305, 308 toilet commode seawater flush line connecting joints detached from place and water leaking badly while using toilet flush, same to be repaired and fixed in place. Material contractor supply

In upper deck most of the place port hole butterfly nuts missing and broken, Material -SS , same to be fitted as per sample stud size 18mm. Material contractor supply

Rubber packing of natural vent of DORMITORY –F wasted, same to be renewed . size approx- (340x240x30x30mm) Material contractor supply

In upper deck passenger cabin no 301,302,305,306,308 and 3rd engineer cabin bathroom & toilet base platform fully damaged ,broken and detached from place inspite of covering cement, water leaking inside cabin. Same to be renewed complete platform. Specification\ details as follows. Total area of platform – SS sheet (1400 x 1400mm)- approx - 2m2. Longitudinal G.I bar- (1400 x 60 x10 mm)- 04 nos. In bunk class passenger dormitory bed mattress cover fully deteriorated same to be renewed, and provide with zip cover Approx size each (5m x 2.5m)

Passenger cabin and crew cabin bed and window curatain hanging hooks missing and damaged at many place, same to be renewed as per sample.

The following bed mattress (foam type, 40 density) of crew and officers and hospital beds fully damaged and deteriorated , same to be renewd and supplied along with mattress cover . As per below mentioned size.
