Low voltage testing of 11KV / 433V, 100 KVA to 630 KVA distribution dry / oil type Transformer i.e. open circuit test, short circuit test, magnetizing current, Magnetic balance & IR Value test after repairing of transforemer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Painting of Transformer, 100/200/630 KVA capacity 11KV/433V, indoor dry type, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) after cleaning, scraping, and filling of cavities for external exposed surfaces of transformer & writing SM/MES No. capacity of transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

HV bushing with insulator,studs nut & washers suitable for 11 KV/433 Volts HV side of transformer 100 KVA to 630 KVA fixed in repair / replacement complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

LV bushing with insulator, studs nut & washers suitable for 11 KV/433 Volts LV side of transformer 100 KVA to 630 KVA fixed in repair / replacement complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for DC power pack with battery back up complete enclosed in a metal enclosure made of 2mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet duly compartmentalise for batteries,charging system and control system with LED indicator lamps and toggle switch and push button ON/OFF system for charging, discharging etc as per requirement, front openable with locking arrangments with proper ventilation as per latest IS,suitable for supply of 01 No of 24 Volt DC 80 AH duly blanked with 2 Volt LED acid maintenance free batteries including float and trickle battery charging system suitable for input single phase 220 Volts 50 Hz ac supply including all electrical and control connection to existing socket for charging and DC supply to the existing VCBs.The connection of incoming and outgoing battery bank to VCBs will be made by stranded copper conductor size not less than 2.5 sq mm for each core in case of multi core cable fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
