Split/ Window AC:-Material and labour for servicing of Window / Split AC of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 TR by disconnecting electric connection, opening the unit, dismantling the cover of Condensor and cooling coil, thoroughly cleaning the external surface (both side) of condensor coil, cooling coil and all other key component, fins, base by de-scaling chemicals, water etc with the help of air blower and wire brushing, cleaning of Air filter, fan blades, drain pipes, testing leakage and reassemble all the components filter, plate, runner, fan blade etc in original position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/up defective Window AC of 1.5 TR capacity, transportation from MES Store Yard/Site to workshop and back including re-fixing /re-installing after replacement of defective/burnt rotary type compressor sealed unit / flushing of condenser / replacement of condensor or cooling coil and charging with required quantity of appropriate refrigerant gas, re-connection of electric connections and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser item No. 29.00 mentioned here-in-above but for AC Split Type of 1.5 / 2.0 TR Capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Item No 28.00 to 30.00 :- (i) Change of spare/ parts shall be measured separately under relevant item here-in-after as supply only rates. Fixing charges for spare/ parts shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Old replaced material shall be shown to Engr-in-Charge and measured under schedule of credit. (ii) Refreigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as required to fill as per requirement/manufacturer instruction excluding measurement of gas filled by OEM.

Material and Labour for disconnecting defective indoor unit of split AC capacity 1.5/ 2 TR and replacing the same with new indoor unit of make as per existing in position fixing in original position as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for charging of Refrigerant R-22/ R134 A/ R404 in Split/ Window AC, Water Cooler and Refrigerator complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel stand as per existing for AC Window type/Split type 1.5 to 2.0 TR capacity, grouting with brick wall with mild steel expandable bolts with steel rawl plug including making good walls in cement mortar (1:3) as required including dismantling old unserviceable mild steel stand for AC’s complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MCB DB TPN 4 ways double door with 200 amps rated bus bar neutral link, earth bar and din rail, recess with wall surface by cutting chases and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MCB TPN 240 volts 40 to 63 Amps, 10 KA breaking capacity, 'C' Curve including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F heavy duty 6 module AC power unit box surface mounted with DP MCB, starter, socket 15 and plug top with indicator suitable for single phase 240 V including taking down old unserviceable ones, complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- North west Cat No. ACPU6M-BT or equivalent.

S&F in repairs MCB SPN 240 volts 40 Amps, 10 KA breaking capacity, 'C' Curve including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MCB SP 240 volts 6 to 32 Amps, 10 KA breaking capacity, 'C' Curve including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair / maintenance and overhauling to servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 1 KVA to 5 KVA from position, open the outer covers, overhauling the complete unit by cleaning with suitable cleaning materials and replacement of minor spares such as fuse, diodea, carbon brushes & holders, internal electric wiring and electronic accessories and insulate properly by varnshing, greasing, CRC spraying complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spares such ac voltmeter, ammeter, MCB, toggle switch, PCB board and relays measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. Labour cost deemed to be included in quoted rates for replacement of spares. Old replaced material shall be shown to Engr-in-Charge and measured under schedule of credit.

M&L for removing the unserviceable voltage stabilizer of capacity 1 to 5 KVA from position, open the outer covers, remove the burnt out winding from the dry transformer/servo motor/ rotor winding and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire, insulate properly by varnishing, greasing, CRC spraying, setting/ testingof buck/boost relay, replacement of unserviceable minor electronic parts, assemble back & fixing in its original position including testing for proper functioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only over load / under load / volt relay for fixing against defective parts of voltage stabilizer and taking down under respective item complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PCB control for 1 KVA to 5 KVA (single phase), for fixing against defective parts of voltage stabilizer taking down under respective item complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The work shall be carried out through authorised service centre of existing make RO.

S&F PVC insulated 3 core 4 sqmm copper cable, 1100 V grade on wall / floor or in trench including taking down old unserviceable wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 4.0 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable (with colour code), drawn through and including PVC casing/ capping of suitable size wirh ISI marked medium grade including all accessories of casing/ caping as approved by EIC, including PVC insulated unsheathed 4.0 Sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated as continuous earth conductor cable connected to main switches /DB's or common earth duly and including making good the disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Three run of single core 4.0 sqmm cable & one run of PVC casing capping shall be measured as one unit length.
