Schedule A Application of finishing coat of Polurethane paint of minimum 40 micron thickness on surface which is not having any scaling.The work inclusive of cleaning the surface(roof truss at platform level and station link bridges) with detergent/wire brush/Emery paper/tools for (inaccessible area) and making dust free.(The work shall be carried out as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge and include all labour materials ,tools, plants ,ladders , etc. all complete).The rate is inclusive of painting using rope hanging method or using ladder. Separate payment for scaffolding, working platforms and PP Spider net if used shall be paid under BoQ item no-3

Schedule A Applying surface tolerant epoxy coating (ideal for maintenance coating ,compactible with firmly adhering aged coatings)in one/two coats with epoxy based primer and volume of solids not less than 75%. (Item to be used where surface is having scaling)The work inclusive of cleaning the surface(roof truss at platform level and station link bridges) with detergent/wire brush/Emery paper/tools for (inaccessible area) and making dust free.The rate is inclusive of painting using rope hanging method or using ladder. Separate payment for scaffolding, working platforms and PP Spider net if used shall be paid under BoQ item no-3

Schedule A Providing and fixing of scaffolding system/working platform or PP spider net arrangements with necessary scaffolding, ladders, materials, machines upto the suitable height at platform roof shed and station link bridges with all lead, lifts ascent, descent and transportation etc. All complete rates are inclusive of all highly skilled and semi-skilled labour. work wil be carried out strictly in non- operational hours as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Schedule A Covering of flooring with tarpolin to avoid any stain mark at granite/epoxy floors on daily basis including labourcharges for spreadng and rolling back daily.(The dust collected should be disposed off to the specified place)

Tighting of loose bolts of all sections bracings in roof truss structure,Link bridges by fitter/welder up to required torque using necessary tools and plants as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Work will be carried out by using existing arragements ( scaffolding, ladder, spider net etc.) made during the truss painting of same station.No extra payment will be given for height or any other arrangements.

Schedule A Safety equipments ie. Safety belts,helmets,HV vest,Safety cones,reflective tapes etc for the total no of labours at any particular station.

Schedule A Providing Welder/fitter for welding work along with welding machine to carryout welding as per the direction of Engineer in charge including cost of consumable (electrodes).

Schedule A Providing Helper/beldar for miscelaneous civil works with all required T&P as per the direction of engineer in charge.
