Taking down old unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket , power socket and bulk head fittings) from PVC/metallic conduit,on surface wiring, on wooden batten/casings & caping complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendents holder, regulators, sockets and defective main switch/DB/MCB/Metal plug etc. by unscrewing carefully from boards etc complete all as specfied and directed.

Point wiring for one light/one fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) in and including PVC concealed conduit having thickness not less than 1.8 mm with sunken box having thickness not less than 2.0 mm thickness with 3 mm bakelite laminated socket ISI marked for switches and sockets , including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) as earth continuity conductor connected to comman earth dolly in and including cutting chiseling for concealed piping as required and making good disturbed surface area and white wash /colour wash to matching with the existing colour and all as specified and directed . Note: (a) Insulation test of point wiring (b) colour coding is to be maintained .(Ph-Red, N-Black, Half -Yellow, Earth- Green)

Point wiring for one power point controlled by one switch with 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) with in and including PVC concealed conduit having thickness not less than 1.8 mm with all fittings including anodise pressed steel sunken box having thickness not less than 2mm with 3mm bakelite laminated sheet ISI marked for switches and sockets , including 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) as earth continuity conductor connected to comman earth dolly in and including cutting chiseling for concealed piping and making good disturbed surface area and white wash /colour wash to matching with the existing colour and all as specified and directed. Ceiling rose 65 x 50mm three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Lamp holder/batton holder/angle holder insulated body(Metal ring) with back bakelite plate suitable for batten fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

LED tube light fitting 18 watt, 230 volt,box type complete bipin holders, connector,mounted on PVC block and retro LED rod of 20 watt with aluminium heat sink on back of LED rod power factor > 0.9 complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size mounting on rectangular PVC black complete all as specified and directed,LED tube rod ,make :Wipro ,Cat Part No: LL 13-181-650-G1 and LED tube light batten ,make :Wipro , Cat Part No : WI0921208 or technocommerically equivalant make of Crompton/Philips/Polycab/HPL. Note: (i) Contractor shall produce LM 79 & LM 80 test report form OEM owned NABL accredited laboraory. (ii) Contractor shall give gurantee of complete fitting/ fixtures for minimum of 2 years form the date of completion. (iii) Contractor shall conduct the inspection of company representative at site before installation of fittings/fixtures at no extra cost. (iv) Contractor shall arrange 70 % material at site for approval of GE before incorporation in the work.

Sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door ,VTPN, 415 volts 4 ways (one incoming three phase & twelve out goings single phase )for MCCB & MCB,s comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following a) MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 16 KA=01 NO (for incoming ) (b) MCB SP 63 amps = 4 Nos (for outgoings) . Note :- (i)The DB shall be VTPN series of Make : Schneider ,cat part no: A9HVD04L or equivalent make of L&T/ ABB/ Legrand . (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost. (iii)connection of the MCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble properly crimped. (iv) All the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) Double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly. (vi) cutting chasing shall be part of job at no extra cost .

Submain wiring in and including PVC conduit 1.8 mm thick ,32 mm dia with two run of PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of 10 sqmm(FRLS) and one run of PVC insulated,unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 10 sqmm (green in colour) for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with thimble etc including taking down old U/S brunt sub main wiring from wooden battens, complete all as specified and directed. (Two run of 10 sqmm plus one run 10 sqmm of earth wire will be measured as 1RM) Note: (a) Insulation test of point wiring (b) colour coding is to be maintained .(Ph-Red, N-Black,Earth- Green)

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of nuts bolts,washers of GI upto test point,GI tubing light grade 15mm bore protection pipe and GI watering pipe 20mm light grade with funnel and wire mesh ,charcoal and salt,40mm thick pre-cast RCC M-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover ,PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) pit,excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, Testing on complition, Complete all as specified and shown on Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-1. complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 mtr is included in the quoted rate. 2. Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.

Plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out broken /rusted strip of any size and type and supply and fixing Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in gound complete all as specified and directed . Note :(a) Excavation and returing filling shall be paid included quoted rate nothing paid extra on this account. (b) Necessary saddles and nails required for fixing the strip on wall shall be deemed including in item rates.

Taking out broken /rusted strip of any size and type and supply and fixing aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specfied and directed .

Taking out the broken and unservicable air termination rod of any type and size and supply and fixing air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal of phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations for copings of lightning conductor pipe etc complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out rusted and broken pipe of any size and bore and material and labour for GI tubing light grade of size 40mm dia complete all as spcified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
