Monthly rate (based on DC rates) of complete manpower and all statutory obligations ESI, EPF, Bonus and Gratuity etc along with the GST charges will be paid by the Corporation/ PBIP on monthly basis.

1. L1 is selected with lowest grand total

2. Our Financial Proposal shall be binding upon us up to the expiration of the validity period of the Proposal, i.e. 180 days from the date of opening of bids.

3. The Financial Proposal is without any condition.

4. We undertake that in competing for and, if the award is made to us, in executing the above Housekeeping & Support Services, we will strictly observe the laws against fraud and corruption in force in India namely “Prevention of Corruption Act 1988” We understand that you are not bound to accept any Proposal you receive.

5. The Housekeeping & Support Services are required at Pb Infotech and PBIP offices situated at Udyog Bhawan, Sector 17, Chandigarh. Scope of work may be extended in case situation arises with the mutual consent of both the parties. In case of increase or decrease of manpower pro rata cost will be calculated as per annual cost quoted above.

6. In case of a difference in amount quoted in figures and words, the amount in words will be considered for evaluation.
