Repairs to 05 cusec horizontal split casing pump at lift irrigation cum dewatering scheme Trikolbal old.

Amount

a. Decoupling of 05 cusec Horizontal split casing pump from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame. Loading the dismantled pump in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop for repairs. b. Manufacturing, providing, fitting of SS sleeve as per sample (02 no.). c. Manufacturing, providing, fitting of MS gland (02) with studs as per sample. d. Providing, fitting of two no. ball bearings 6308 of SKF/reputed make. The job shall also include adequate greasing to the bearings. e. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of MS check nut (02 no.) as per requirement. The job also includes threading of the shaft on lathe machine to accommodate newly manufactured check nuts. f. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS cotter key (01 no.) as per sample. g. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of GM cooling rings as per requirement. The job involves making of necessary grooves, holes on cooling rings. h. Providing and fitting of palmetto packing as per requirement. i. Complete repairs to the cooling mechanism of pump by way of rethreading of holes in pump casing, providing and fitting of nipples to pump casing,PVC hosepipes, clamps, as per requirement. j. The job involves providing and fitting of new studs & bolts to pump casing, coupling bolts as per size and specification. k. Back carriage of pumping equipment after carrying out necessary repairsto the scheme. Fitting/ reinstallation on the base frame and testing on part/full load at site.
