Price Schedule : Part A Design, development, supply of equipment, erection of equipment, civil, electro mechanical and instrumentation control works, including testing, commissioning of 18 MLD Tertiary unit and Fibre media Disc filteration unit at existing 18 MLD STP in Sarai, Haridwar as per bid specifications complete in all respect for proper functioning. Break-up of works as follows :-

PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEERING AND DRAWINGS :- Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Flow Charts, Hydraulic Diagram and Complete Process Design, Site Layout Plan and Site Grading Plan, Basic Electrical and Instrumentation Drawings, Preparation of “QA” and construction procedure manual along with “Test Plan”, Civil and Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings, Architectural Drawings, Structural Designs and Drawings and Construction Drawings, Mechanical and Piping data sheets and Drawings, Detailed Electrical and Instrumentation and control Systems,including vetting of drawings from reputed institute like IIT, etc.As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Training Program and Manuals, etc. complete (To be submitted in 6 Nos. sets in hard copy + 2 soft copies). CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL WORKS :- Construction of 18 MLD tertiary unit Including all civil works such as Site Development & Infrastructure Works including site Cleaning / Grading / Levelling, Piping & Valves, all Liquid Retaining Structures as specified in bid document. It also includes others various Buildings such as filter fedd pump house, building/ platform for E&M equipment as per norms / practice, piping between different units of TTP complete. ELECTRO-MECHANICAL WORKS :- Installation, testing and commissioning of Electro - mechanical and instrumentation equipment and accessories for tertiary unit and Fibre media Disc filteration unit.

Additional Rehabilitation works for existing sludge digesters - 1 Nos (Bidder has to ensure complete safety requirement/ precautions to avoid any unwanted incidents)

Replace existing and install new Digester Gas mixing system with Lancers (SS-304) & accessories, Bio gas Compressors, etc. complete for Digester gas mixing in existing one digestor.

Dismantling of existing RCC Roof structure, disposal of debries etc outside the STP complex as directed by Engineer in charge and Supply,errection and installation of new steel work roof with Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications all complete in existing digester, Size of Digester - 18m dia x 7.3m (Liquid depth) including making good the dismantled portion. 2 coats of Epoxy painting (suitable for digester) on RCC surface on inner side of digester and 2 coats of cement based paint on RCC surface on external side of Digester complete for making digester proper functional and air tight.

Additional Rehabilitation works for existing gas holder (02 Nos) checking of installed gas holder for free movement and necessary repair, rectification work to arrest leakage etc.

Safety equipments in existing two gas holder including following

Moisture trap SS 304 200NB

PVRV with Flame arrester SS 304 200NB

2 coats of Epoxy painting for all Gas holder Steel Dome Structure in 2 gas holder

Installation of new FRP cover for Moisture trap Chamber

Additional Rehabilitation works for existing sludge drying beds

Replacement of Media for Sludge drying beds and Under drain system (Existing 12 Nos. of size 34.8 x 24.0 mtr each Sludge drying beds) for proper functioning of sludge drying bed at site , Replacement of existing damaged manhole cover and cleaning of manhole and pipe line of underdrainage system to make it proper functional.

PART - C – Bidder has to quote the annual O&M prices of 18 MLD STP Sarai for those works which are proposed to be executed in this bid except electricity & fuel (HSD + Lubricant) charges (The cost included herein are the yearly cost for plant Operation & maintenance including fixed cost (Cost of Manpower to be deployed, General Maintenance of Civil Structures, preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Mechanical equipment, Electrical items, and Variable Cost (Including cost of Chemicals & Disposal of Plant Residuals,etc)
