S&F 150 mm dia cast iron sluice valve both ends flanged non- raising stem type with hand wheel and suitable for pressure rating of PN : 1.6 as per IS- 14846/2000 duly dirlled holes for fixing of nuts and bolts, stem made of high tensile brass ISI marked and conforming to IS 780 Part I including rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified.

S&F Gun Metal Globe or Gate Valve of size 50 mm dia, ISI Marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing CI pipe line dia 150 mm and inserting Tee 150 x 150 x 50 mm including other accessories as per requirement and jointing matterials all as specified and directed

Supply, Erection, Testing and commisioning of 100 KVA, Double copper wound transformer, step down, outdoor type, Oil immersed, C.R.G.O. Core Type Naturally cooled, built-up with class “A" insulation complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all design and construction as per IS:2026 with following accessories complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Continuous Rating : 100 KVA (b) No-load Voltage, Ratio : 11000/433 Volts. (xviii) Apart from routine tests mentioned in the PS and relevant IS,Pre commissioning inspection of transformer shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, n.exc. 10 sqm on plan for foundations/laying of cable etc and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M & L for natural river sand as cushioning of cables, including spreading and punning down complete all as specified. Note : punned thickness (minimum 18 cm) shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and lay un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable covers class HV type -1, flat of size 300mm x 180 x 40mm, laid in trenches as cable protection all complete as spceified and directed.

Supply and lay pre-cast concrete cable covers class LV type -1, flat shaped size 250mm x 150 x 40mm, laid in trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm bore GI pipe (Light grade) for cable protection including sealing the both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, testing and commissioning of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for out door termination (heat shrinkable type) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed. Make : M - Seal/ 3M /Denson / Raychem/Universal.

M & L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast with iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 meters long), pole coated with black bituminous paint throughout internally, and externally up to the planting depth and the remaining exterior surface painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified. Note: Earth work excavation,PCC for foundation and coping,bracing clamps shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Pre-stressed concrete poles 9.00 mtr long 102 x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom class 10 and including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work excavation,PCC for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L (1:4:8) type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggreagate) as in foundation for poles/ stays/ struts,etcincluding necessary form work complete all as specified.
