[1] All work shall be carried out as per Public works Deptt. Hand Book and other I.S.specification and other Specification of the Division or as directed.

[2] All the columns in schedule should be filled in INK and total of entires in the last column should be struk by the contractor under his signature.

[3] Rates quoted include clearance of site (Prior commence of work and as its colser) in all respected and hold good for work under all conditions, site moisture weather etc.

[4] The contractor shall exhibit the details of work, tender amount and specifications as per Govt. Circular No. ED/6/32772/N Dtd. 26-04-1978 and as per G.R. No.

TNC/9/24/C Dtd. 18-11-91 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work on board at site of work which contractor is not entitle for any extra payment.

[5] Testing of materials be as per statement attached with Specifications, the materials shall be tested. Bill for testing shall be paid by the Deptt., and 1% of the (one Percent)

of amount put to tender after deducting the cost of materials as per Schedule-A shall be deducted from the Running Account Bills of the work (As per G.R. R & B Deptt.
