Complete Removal & Cleaning of base of tank from sludge & slurry deposited on surface & Base of tank. Cleaning of Complete Concrete Inner surface by throughly brooming with wire brush and surface grinder to remove the sludge depositions, algae, dirt and all type of foreign material deposited on all inner surfaces of tank. Removal of residual water from the base of tank. complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge
Chiselling/ Drilling of all wall & base joints inside Water tank to remove fatigued surfaces & capiliaries leading to water seepages.Developing coved surface on entire base & wall joint inside tank areas for leakage protection & strengthening.. Application of plaster with PIDILITE URP 301 compound on entire surface area after removal of fatigued concrete to a minimum thickness of 20 mm on entire surface area of tanks. Developing coved surface [ gola formation ] on entire wall and base joints for additional strengthening against leakages. Laying of fibre mesh on complete surface of tank for making it leak proof repairing base of tank with rendroc plug compound complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge
Water proofing & seepage protection cementitious elatomeric food grade coating to be done on entire inner surface area of storage tank in two layer system , one coating layer to be perpendicularly coated on the second layer. after drying of final layer buffer layering to be done at wall & base joint areas to provide additional coating strength. Application of Fosroc Priming agent followed by Micr-concreting the entire surface for leagake protection . After Micro concreting the entire surface is coated with Fosroc Rendroc plug for water tighting the concrete,complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge
