M & L Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 300x300x20cm thick setting in mortar 1:4, complete in walls including demolition of old unserviceable PCC block masonry complete all as specified and directed

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete in Post holes, any thickness, size or shape (including caps and bases) using Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 including dismantling the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but lenth of bolt n exc 5cm long and diameter of neck 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link Fencing Mild steel galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire including taking down the old unserviceable chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
