Printing, renumbering and supply of binders for entry of water meter reading as per approved formats in A4 size papers. Each binders will be of 100 sheets (Each binder by hard sheet gutta)

Collection of data from Sub division officers, Creation of master data, doing all the changes in master data of consumers as per direction & requirements, and preparations of water bills in hindi as per PHED water revenue rules, printing of water bills on his own stationary approved by engineer in Charge and Delivering printed bills in prescribed formats to all concerned Sub divisions.

Preparing and providing monthly ledgers in soft copy as well as in hard copy as desired by engineer in charge in prescribed formats, having complete details of the consumers, assessment ,outstanding ,realisation and revenue statement MIS, complete in all respect.

Reports, notices and any other informations as required by engineer in charge in prescired formats on A4 size papers.

Collection of water bills from AEN office and Distribution of water bills door to door consumer area wise Bio- monthly
