SUB HEAD-I Design ,Supply Installation , testing and commissioning of 20M3/HR water treatment plant at AAI Colony MBB Airport Agartala comprising of the following.

Raw water Transfer Pump: 2 nos (1W+1SB) ,Type: Centrifugal Capacity 20 M3/hr. Head 30 m, Motor HP-5 hp, KW-3.7, 3 phase 415 volts +/- 10%, 50Hz, Class F DOL type TEFC .Material Of Construction-CI, Centrifugal. At a negative suction of 2 Mtrs. Including Civil Foundation .

NAOCl Dosing System- 1set: Comprising of following: a) Pumps: 2 nos (1W+1SB) , b) Type: Electronic Diaphragm Type C) Capacity Max. 6.0 LPH d) Back Pressure Max. 3.0 Bar . e) No. of Tank: 1 No. of capacity 100 Lts. f) material of construction of tank: LLDPE/HDFE Including Civil Foundation .

Supply & erection commissioning of Multi Grade filter , vertical cylindrical type with dished end , MS fabricated vessel of suitable size as per IS-2062,capacity of each filter 20.0M3/hr, operating pressure 2.5Kg/cm2, design pressure 3.5 Kg/cm2, filter media type -pebbles,Gravels,&mesh sand , back wash duration Aprox 20 minutes including MS pipeline 65mm dia as per Is-1239 -medium duty-ERW, CI butterfly valve of suitable size including 2 nos. pressure gauge 0-7 kg/cm2 Bourdon type glycerine fitted , sampling cocks filled with Sand & under bed media. The shell thickness shall be of 8mm and dished end having 10mm with bottom collecting system . Multi Grade Filter should have Red Oxide paint from out side and black bituminous paint from inside .The shell shall also be provided with adequate size of air vent line with valve etc. Including Civil Foundation . Diameter of vessel (DIA) of MGF - 1200MM, Height on Straight (HOS) - 1500MM. velocity through bed <20.0m3/hr/mt2.Internal painting MSEP.

Supply & erection commissioning of Activated Carbon Filter , vertical cylindrical type with dished end, MS fabricated vessel of suitable size as per IS-2062,capacity of each filter 20.0M3/hr, operating pressure 2.5Kg/cm2, design pressure 3.5 Kg/cm2, filter media type -pebbles,Gravels,& Activated carbon , back wash duration Aprox 20 minutes including MS pipeline 65mm dia as per Is-1239 -medium duty-ERW, CI butterfly valve of suitable size including 2 nos. pressure gauge 0-7 kg/cm2 Bourdon type glycerine fitted , sampling cocks filled with activated carbon media with iodine value 1000. The shell thickness shall be of 8mm and dished end having 10mm and under drain collecting system will be strainer . Activated Carbon filter should have Epoxy paint from inside and outside red oxide paint .The shell shall also be provided with adequate size of air vent line with valve etc. Including Civil Foundation. Diameter of vessel (DIA) of ACF - 1300MM, Height on Straight (HOS) - 1500MM.Velocity through bed <15.0m3/hr/mt2.Internal painting MSEP. Note : Test certificate for Iodine Value for Activated Carbon.

Supply & erection commissioning of Iron removal plant, vertical cylindrical type with dished end , MSEP ,MS fabricated vessel of suitable size as per IS-2062,capacity of each filter 20.0M3/hr, operating pressure 2.5Kg/cm2, design pressure 3.5 Kg/cm2, filter media type -ISR Resin , back wash duration Aprox 20 minutes once in 10 hrs , including MS pipeline 65mm dia as per Is-1239 -medium duty-ERW, CI butterfly valve of suitable size including 2 nos. pressure gauge 0-7 kg/cm2 Bourdon type glycerine fitted ,sampling cocks filled with iron Specific Resin (ISR) media ( ISR/KATALOX/MZ-10/ EQUIVALENT). The shell thickness shall be of 8mm and dished end having 10mm and bottom collecting system will be strainer On plate type, Top distribution shall be invert bell mouth type with SS mesh . Iron Removal filter should have Epoxy paint from nside and outside red oxide paint .The shell shall also be provided with adequate size of air vent line with valve etc. Including Civil Foundation . Diameter of vessel (DIA) of IRF - 1300MM, Height on Straight (HOS) - 1500MM. Note : Non - Toxic Test certificate for Iron Specific resin ( ISR ) which can take iron upto 10 ppm.velocity through bed<15.0m3/hr/mt2.Internal painting MSEP.

SITC of Electronic on line Rotometer for flow rate 20 M3/hr. including wiring of the same from power supply Panel .

SITC of Filtered water tank 1 number of capacity 5000 Ltrs ,material of construction of tank: LLDPE/HDFE Including Civil Foundation .

Treated water transfer(to overhead tank) Pump: 2 nos (1W+1SB) , Type: Centrifugal, Capacity 20 M3/hr. Head 20 mwc, Motor 2.2 KW, 3 phase 415 volts +/- 10%, 50Hz, Class F DOl type TEFC , Material of Construction CI Centrifugal. Including Civil Foundation .

All interconnecting 65 mm dia M.S. piping, piping supports , painting of pipes etc covered from Under ground raw water tank to overhead filter water tank .Contractor has to provide actual quantiy and size ( If size is above 65mm dia) required at site along with suitable valves and gauges

Fabrication, Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical WTP Motor Control Panel of cubical construction, floor mounted type, fabricated out of 2mm. thick CRCA sheet, compartmentalized with hinged lockable doors, dust and vermin proof, powder coated of approved shade after 7 tank treatment process, cable alley, interconnection with solid aluminium strip / single core PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable, having suitable mountings for switchgears and accessories and internal control & power wiring with suitable rating PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor, earth terminals, numbering etc. complete in all respects, suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase 50 HZ AC supply with enclosure protection class IP 42 with 100 Amp aluminium bus bar etc complete as required.

Incoming : MCCB, 4 Pole, 100 A, 35 KA (ICS= ICU= 35 KA upto 415 V) including spreader terminal- 2 sets with mechanically interlocked. LED multifunction meter for Voltage, Current, Freq. & PF - 2 Sets Phase Indicating coloured LED (RYB) with control MCBs - 2 Sets.

Bus Bar : Electrolytic high conductivity aluminium three phase and neutral busbars rated at 415V, 100 amps, 50Hz, AC, insulated with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeves & clip on shrouds for joints.

Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098, Part-I 1988 with up to date amendments. For Raw water pump and filtered water pump , including laying in cable tray /surface/condit/hume pipe etc as required including SITC of Cable Tray, 2 nos GI plate Earting , Earthing strip, Cable Gland, End termination ,all power and control cable except of incoming Power supply cable up to main panel, - 1 LOT

SUB HEAD-II Water Treatment Plant All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of the entire WTP plant after DLP as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance, supply of all spares and consumables etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified (the response time in case of breakdown shall not be more than 8 hours).
