OUTSOURCING OF MANPOWER FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF DG SETS AND WATER SUPPLY INCLUDING CONNECTED ITEMS AT AOB RAMBILLI

Manning and operation of water supply pumps, DG Sets (160 KVA- 02Nos & 100 KVA -01 No) and RO Plant (600 LPH & 1000 LPH) at Rambilli premises by one FGM(Skilled) & one Valve Man(Semi-Skilled) including minor repair work to be carried out in pump house, RO Plant and DG sets by technician for eight hours shift ((1) Pumping of raw water and treated water supply to be feed as per scheduled timing, DG Sets to operate during the uninterrupted power supply and technician to be maintained Reverse Osmosis plant, make- ROCHEM/TECHNO AQUA Separation systems and trouble free operation of the plant with correct quality of portable water discharge as per standard norms incl dosing of chemicals as specified.

(2) Operation of Sluice Valves located near Brandix S/S (water take off point) and recording the water meter reading during releasing of the water supply to the NAOB area on daily basis as per CMD of water supply with APIIC all as directed by GE / Engr-in-charge. (3) Operation of sluice valves/gate valves at MPC/RO plant and various location inside NAOB area complete all as directed by GE / Engr-in-charge.) Note:- Nos. of Person required :- 02 persons (01 FGM (Skilled) + 01 Valve Man (Semi-Skilled) 3 shift per day: Ist shift (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 Valve Man IInd shift (1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 Valve Man IIIrd shift (2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 Valve Man Note:-It is mandatory that provision of statutory laws relating to minimum Wages as per GOI Chief labour commissioner (C) New Delhi latest letter , EPF@ 12% of labour rate, Bonus @ 8.33 % , ESIC @ @ 3.25 % , GST @ 18% taxes as applicable shall be strictly adhered to by the contractor and his quoted rates shall be deemed to include these factors. If any bidders quotated their rates below minimum wages with EPF, ESIC , Bonus with applicable GST, such bid shall be treated as willfull negligence by the bidder and shall be considered non-bonafied and rejected during financial evaluation. Note for Sl No.1 :- The rate shall be quoted above deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (i) Visual Checking. (a) All equipments/items to be visually checked by the operator and serviceability report to be filled in log sheet. Any fault or unserviceable of equipments to be informed to Engineer- in -charege/ JE E/M. (ii) Monitoring of Equipments (a) Daily log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor & the log sheet shall be provided by the contractor as per Performa given by the department be inspected thoroughly before switching on.

(b) Maintaining duty log sheet and checking all parameter of metering devices. (c) Checking of various meters for measurement of current, voltage etc, including recording of these readings in log sheet and also recording of any unwanted signal of spark, sound in switchgears/eqpts etc. (d) Switchgear and equipments shall be properly cleaned. (e) Dress shall be provided for every shift operator (dress colour to be approve prior approval of Engr-in-Charge. (f) One mobile phone with sim to be provided at site for communication and fault rectification. (g) Minor complaints to be attend by the techanician given by the concerned Contractor. (h) Conveyance facility to be provided by the contractor in station premises for attending the faults/complaints. (iii) Sch-'B' items (j) The HSD(Diesel) oil required for the DG sets of various capacities at AOB Rambilli will be provided by Dept under Sch'B' item and contractor shall collect the same from MT stores at DGNP/HQ ENC(V), Visakhapatnam premises with necessary transportation. (J) The contractor shall provide Bio-metric attendance machine for attendance of labours / staffs. The payment will be made on Biometric attendance report.

Supply and Antiscalant for RO plant complete all as specified & directed. (Make:- Bhagya Chemicals, Angel Chemicals Pvt Ltd, Universal Chemicals and pigments or equivalent makes)

Supply only Sodium Hypo Chloride, complete all as specified & directed. (Makes:- Andhra Sugars, Phinekem pure Chemicals, Steel Man Gases Pvt Ltd, Dutt Chemicals Enterprises or euivalent makes)

Food grade pH enhancer (Makes:- Angel Chemicals, Acuro Organics Ltd, Chembond Water Technologies Ltd or equivalent makes) Note for Sl item No. 02 to 04: (i) The above chemicals shall be supplied by indicating Make, Date of mfg and date of expiry. (ii) The sample approval of the product shall be taken prior to the supply of material from GE.

Contractor to provide complete water analysis of water as per IS: 10500 : 2012, Certified from Govt approved Lab (NABL Accredated) Some of the parameters given are as under below inclusive and not limited to and also certificate of potable drinking water to be submitted for the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . (a) pH value (b) Electrical conductivity (c) Turbidity (d) TDS (e) TSS (f) Hard ness (g) Iron (h) Chlorides (j) Fluorides (k) Magnesium (l) Sulphate (m) Nitrate (n) Total alkalinity (o) Residual free chlorine (1.2) Chromium (Heavy metal in ground water) (1.3) Bacteriological parameters (a) Total Coliform (b) Faecal Coliform (c) E.Coli

Comprehensive Maint of RO plants, of 600LPH capacity checking the function complete, descalling the membarines, active carbon filter, mechanical filters, replacing of O-Ring, seals, gland packing complete ensuring for the proper outlet quality of potable water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Technician should be checking the RO Plant every 15 days (twice in a month) or upon complaining by operator and serviceability report to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. Replacement of spare parts deemed in quoted rates. Note:- 1.Comprehensive maintenance to be done through Neerus Enviro Pvt Ltd or equivalent authorised Maintanance of RO firm and necessery maintanance report to be submited. 2. Each visit will be consdiered as one unit. 3. Dilute hydro chloric acid required deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate.
