Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20 cum fo 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30/ VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5 Grade II

Suplying and Packing Gravel on the Slope of the bund laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the DepartmentalOfficers.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification No.803

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate /ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/ 10/ 97-DO.III dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/ - 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/ - 2mm arid height not less than 30+/ - 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D428O and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of Kilometre stone of standard design and drawing as per IRC:8-1980 (second revision),including painting and numbering etc., and all other incidental charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of HM stone of standard design and drawing as per IRC:26-1967, including painting and numbering etc., and all other incidental charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all kind of soils and sub soils to full depth except hardrock,medium rock,requiring blasting inclusive of shoring,strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus excavated earth in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters clearing and levelling the site complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Supplying and filling with clean river sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including watering, consolidation etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M 10 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40 mm to I.S specified grade and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications, and including the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering and scaffolding wherever necessary for various depth below and heights above ground level as per the direction of the engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90cm. X 60cm. thickness of and B.G.10 stiffened with welded Mild Steel angles of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over country wood joists of size 10cmX 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia (spaced at 75cm) Centre to centre etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Providing and Placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete of grade M15 design Mix for works with well graded hard aggregates and the nominal maximum of coarse aggregate of 20 mm gauge weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers not more than 15cm thick and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing construction, contraction and lift joints in masonry, concrete including cutting, joining and placing mastic pad of 15mm thick at the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawings and specification as directed by the Engineer complying with specification.

Providing and fixing weep holes of 90 mmd ia PVC pipe of to a required length for protection wall, Abutment & Wing wall including cost of all materials to work site including labour charges for 90cm spherical backfill arrangement with 100 mm dia size broken stone granite charges of the periphery and labour charges for fixing to drain the back fill working pressure 4Kg/cm2) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Turfing in slopes including watering and fixing with initial lead upto 50m etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Dewatering using 10HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
