Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt, sand, clay gravel, mooram of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of coglomerates, all types of laterite rocks, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissured / shuttered rock, decomposed or weathered rock and such other materials in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiselling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering incl. setting out constructed of shoring and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas within 50m all leads and lifts etc. as per specification & drawing and directed by the Enginer-in-Charge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2)

Laying stone soiling including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with road roller including spreading, watering and consolidating of binding material Murrum or earth etc.(payment to be made for quantity of only soling stone used excluding binding material).

Supplying and stacking of (contractor's material) Murrum at site,having P.I. Value not more than 6

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:a) All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge b) 75 mm dia

Laterite boulder masonry in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 course sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in foundation

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases upto floor five level

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member
