Taking down carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring of any size and description (Light, fan, socket, power and Bell) including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp, holder , regulators, sockets light fittings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point or one fan point or one bell point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core,FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade drawn through concealed PVC conduit and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly with incl factory made GI sheet sunken box ,modular cover plate chrome collar with base frame and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as per shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I with connected to earth test point main switch board with including necessary earth work and Pre- cast RCC earth pit with cover and including dismantling/taking out of old unserviceable earthing of any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc (for cable, pole stay manhole etc), in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material n exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling in trenches dry and and clean sand unwashed including punning around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid]

M & L for well burnt bricks, laid flat ( old size) sub class B designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Light grade”, 40 mm dia with all required fittings for protection of cable under road, pavement complete all as directed and specified

Labour only for boring under road, pavement, hard standing by manual/ Mechanical method for inserting with incl light grade GI tubing up to 50 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel of wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of 25 Sqmm 4 Core laid up trenches/duct crossing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and with suitable size of glands complete and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less ‘than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 meter GI pipe for protection of earth lead.
