REPAIR / MAINT OF SCADA SYSTEM OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION AND ITS CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF-I AND REPAIR / MAINT OF CEILING FAN, WIRING, PANEL SOCKETS AT KHAMBHALIYA AND DWARKA UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO.2

Supply installation testing and commissioning of PLC based Graphic Mimic Panel with appropriate number of inputs and outputs and 7" Colour touch screen HMI with minimum 2 nos. serial ports and 1 no. USB port. The Panel shall be of suitable size, made out of Aluminium / CRCA sheet of suitable that shall clearly depict the entire layout of the water supply system including taking down of existing mimic panel with all accessories. The same shall include pump status, valve status, level of tanks, etc.

S&F 150 mm dia butterfly valve cast iron body confirming to IS 13095, class PN 1.6, single eccentric, double flanged short body type with all fittings, nuts, bolts and washers and necessary rubber gaskets etc including S&F motorised actuator suitable for 150 mm dia incl shaft suitable size if reqd and taking down old one butterfly valve and actuator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of pressure transmitter with following specification including necessary power pack for supply of DC. Power supply: 10-36 V DC Process connection: G ½" Enclosure: whether proof IP 65 Process temperature: -30 to 120 Celsius Accuracy: 0.25 % including taking down of existing pressure transmitter with all accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of Ultrasonic Level Transmitter complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Range: 0-5 meters Accuracy: 0.5 % minimum Supply Voltage : 24V dc Output : 4-20 mA Ultrasonic Frequency: 75 kHz burst, rep. rate 96 ms Delay at Power-up: 1.5 seconds including taking down of existing ultrasonic level transmitter with all accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PLC based centralized SCADA system with the following hardware & software for process control, visualization and data acquisition as per specifications etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair on wall / drawing through existing pipe (if any) 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper cable with suitable size of saddles etc complete etc as required. (for solenoid valve) all as directed. Note: 2 runs of 1.5sqmm cable shall be measured as one unit

Supplying and fixing in repair on wall / drawing through existing pipe (if any) 4 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper cable with suitable size of saddles etc complete etc as required. (for MOV) all as directed. Note: 4 runs of 1.5sqmm cable shall be measured as one unit

Supplying and fixing in repair on wall / drawing through existing pipe (if any) 6 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper cable with suitable size of saddles etc complete etc as required. (for Actuator) all as directed. Note: 6 runs of 1.5sqmm cable shall be measured as one

Supply & fix in repair and drawing through existing pipe/fixing on wall/surface/pipe 0.5sqmm, 5 pair, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured communication cable with suitable size of saddles etc complete. (for Starter) all as directed. Note: 5 pairs of cable shall be measured as one unit

Supply & fix in repair TV screen 32 inch Full HD LED or 4K resolution 230 volt 50 Hz for operating of SCADA system complete all as specified and directed .
