Then fitted it properly again in pump casing & tested on full load. The job also includes the charge for palmative packing, labours, grease, etc for the completion of work.

Dismantling of 5HP priming pump of lift irrigation scheme Manzgam from base frame ,shifting it to loading side with the help of manual labour, the loading in private load carrier & shifting it to workshop for repairs. The job involves the hire charge for manufacturing of new gland cup on lathe machine & fitted it properly in pump. The shifted it from workshop to site, fitted it properly on base frame & tested on full load. The job also includes the charge for rubber washers, packing etc for the completion of work.

Repairs to 450mm dia M.S NRV of lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla by way of welding work at site. The job includes the charge for earth exaction manually to rectify the cracked portion of the NRV and then using M.S flat plat of 3mm thick, 75mm width of suitable length to cover circumferential & longitudinal cracked portion. The job also includes the charge for replacement of damaged nuts & bolts, R.I cloth with new one for the completion of work. The job includes the hire charges on a/c of using D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, earth excavation manually, manual labours, superior quality electrodes and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load

Then after proper repairs at workshop shifting it to site and tested on full load. The job also involves the charge for palmative packing, gas kit etc for the completion of work.
