The seat foam shall be designed with contour lumber support with PVC lipping all around. The cushions shall be of 40 density, 75mm thick along with the fabric of approved quality & color. Removing unserviceable hand rest, S & F new hand rest replacing the old matching the previous all in shape,size,material & quality all as directed.

Removing unserviceable rubber stoppers, & S & F new rubber stoppers as approved. All as directed.

M & L painting all over the steel table with one coat synthetic enamel paint of black colour and applying with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with the help of an electric grinder, applying putty on dents and providing one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVE FD-1031, FD-67(M) Removing unserviceable shelve, S & F new shelve with appropriate nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Above drawing pertains to Srl item No 6 to 16 here-in-after.

Removing unserviceable lock, S & F new lock, 6 levers pattern of steel with duplicate key & hole cover. The keys & lock shall have embedded similar numbers for identification all as directed..

Removing unserviceable steel chromium plated handle, S & F new steel chromium plated handle 125mm size approved quality completed all as directed.

Removing unserviceable locking assembly, S & F new locking assembly with cover duly painted complete all as directed.

Removing unserviceable hanging rod, S & F new hanging rod 20 mm dia, 1.6mm thick CP steel conduit pipe with sockets all as directed.

Removing unserviceable bottom base from Almirah large steel and supply & Fix new bottom base made out of 1mm thick MS sheet complete all as directed.

Adjustment of the existing shelves of Almirah large steel by providing new clamps incl removing unserviceable clamps complete all as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable hinges from Almirah large steel and S & F new hinges medium weight, cold rolled mild steel of size 75mm complete all as directed.

Removing unserviceable leg, S & F New leg made out out of 1mm thick MS sheet all as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable shutter from Almirah large steel and supply and fix new shutter made out of 1mm thick MS sheet complete all as directed.

M&L denting & painting Almirah both internally and externally with synthetic enamel paint of black /Oilve Green/Smoke colour as specified and applying with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with the help of an electric grinder, applying putty on dents and providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH/WITH OUT ARMS : FD-75(M) Removing unserviceable seat, S & F new seat of well seasoned teak wood duly canned with cane plastic 2mm wide 0.4 mm thick half round cream color woven in Godrej pattern on the frame with appropriate no of steel screws with washer of appropriate size as per sample kept in BSO furniture yard at GE(AF) Tezpur. The following complete steps for a HIGH GLOSS FINISH after properly smoothening the surfaces using electric grinder all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Above drawing pertains to Srl item No 27 to 32 here-in-after.

Removing unserviceable arm rest, S & F new arm rest of well seasoned teak wood complete in all aspect as shown in drg and directed by Engineer in charge.The following complete steps for a HIGH GLOSS ,TRADE PATTERN FINISH after properly smoothening the surfaces using electric grinder all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing flat iron, M & L for fixing new Flat iron of size (15x3)mm in two Nos & be duly welded beneath the seat.

Removing unserviceable shoes, S & F new PVC/Rubber shoes complete all as directed.

M & L painting the chair frame with one coat synthetic enamel paint of olive green colour and applying with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with the help of an electric grinder,over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TEAPOY VERANDAH Removing of existing unserviceable leg 'U' type from teapoy verandah and supply and fix for new legs made of MS conduit pipe 20mm dia of 1.6mm thick of complete all as directed. Note : for srl item No 33.0 to 36.0 ( Ref drwg No FD-35,255)

Removing of existing unserviceable rail from teapoy verandah and supply and fix new rail or flat iron of size ( 25x3) mm , complete all as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable top from teapoy verandah and supply and fix new top made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade of shape and size with 6mm thick teak wood beading complete complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of teapoy verandah and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable synchro tilting mechanism & replacing with new synchro tilting mechanism.

M & L servicing the gas lift mechanism & making the seat adjustment functional. All as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR VERANDAH FD-333,256 and MAP/06 M & L for recanning the chair with plastic cane 3.5 mm to 4mm wide, 0.4 mm thick half round, pure white colour, (MAT Pattern) including painting with one coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified& directed. Note : (i) Canning shall be done after painting of chair. (ii) Above drawing pertains to Srl item No 63 to 66 here-in- after.

Removing unserviceable shoes, S&F new PVC shoes to legs allas directed.

Removing unserviceable :seat and back " S & F new PVC "seat and back" 4mm thick shall be provided to frame of Chair Verandah all as directed. Note:- Weight of "seat and back" is not less than 1.85 Kgs each.

M & L painting before welding (as per requirement) the frame of the chair verandah/Chair verandah MAP by two coat of synthetic enamel white of approved quality over a coat of primer after scrapping off the existing worn out paint with an electric grinder complete all as specified & directed. CHARPOY SQUARE TUBULAR/BED HARD MAP FD-220(R) & FD/E6/MAP/08(R)Taking out unserviceable plywood top from Charpoy square tubular/Bed Hard Map and supply and fix with new plywood 12mm thick plywood BWR grade, 7 ply ISI marked of reqd size as per shown on drawing in charpoy MS rectangular pipe and all as specified and as shown on drg. (Note:- Above drawing pertains to Srl item No 67 to 70 here-in-after).

Taking out unserviceable head board/foot board from Bed Hard Map and supply and fix for new head board/foot board made out of 18 mm prelaminated MDF board exterior grade complete all as per drg and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces Charpoy square tubular/Bed Hard Map and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

New rubber shoes replacing the old unsv rubber shoes all as directed by Engr-in-Charge .
