Revamping of Steel Structure of the Stack, Fabrication and Erection of Staircase and Platform for the Stack at ZSP, NFC, Hyderabad

Dismantling of existing damaged structural steel supports in built up sections in angles / channels including all gusset plates, cutting rivets, welding etc complete including dismembering and stacking within 50 meters lead at all height up to 30 mtr complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel Support welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position lead at all height up to 30 mtr complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Make of MS Angle/ Channel shall be SAIL/ JINDAL/ VIZAG Steel

Removal of all bolts with nuts of M12, M16, M20 Size. Providing and fixing of new M12, M16, M20 Bolts with nuts for fixing angle, channel etc complete at all height up to 30 mtr as directed by engineer in charge. Replacement of bolts shall be a sequential operation as each bolt removed shall be immediately replaced with new bolt after cleaning & painting of the member to be bolted if any in the vicinity. PVC Sleeves shall be placed as cap after coating of bolts.

Providing FRP coating of 3 mm thickness up to 13 m height including material, transportation, manpower, tools and tackles etc complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel Inspection Platform as per Drawing No. B-CED/ZSP/115/R-0 at +13 m level of Stack at ZSP. Scope includes Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position etc., all complete as per specification, drawings, standard and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel Stair Case as per Drawing No. B-CED/ZSP/114/R-0 up to +13 m level of Stack at ZSP. Scope includes Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, etc all complete as per specification, drawings, standard and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of structure, up to 15 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 meter centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, etc complete in all kind of soil as per drawing, specification, standard and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, in hard rock without blasting complete as per specification, drawing, standard and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc complete as per specification, drawing, standard and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of M10 grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 derived from natural sources using graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including machine mixing, mechanical compaction, finishing, curing etc., all in complete as per specifications & direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete of M35 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum up to plinth level for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mixer bear the cost of extra cement.

Providing Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level by using standard Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per specification/drawing/standard etc complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting Steel work with Polyurethane (PU) Paint (1 coat of Primer and 2 coats of PU Paint) from 13 m to 30 m height including material, transportation, manpower, tools and tackles etc complete as per specification, drawing standard and direction of Engineer in charge. Coating Dry Film Thickness shall be 300 microns. Make of PU Paint shall be BERGER / NEROLAC / ASIAN PAINTS / SHALIMAR / DULUX / NIPPON / JENSON & NICHOLSON only

Supply and operation of Boom lift aerial working platform/ Basket crane for work at height to reach up to 30 mtr height.
