CLEANING AND DISLODGING OF MANHOLES SEPTIC TANKS AND SEWAGE LINES AT SUNDERBANI UNDER GE NORTH AKHNOOR

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for foundation, manholes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 1 here-in-above but exc 1.5m and n.exc 3m deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm dia SGSW drain pipes grade ‘A’ laid in trenches and jointed in cm 1:1 including demolition and breaking up of existing unserviceable drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including concrete bedding and haunching complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed of drain pipe including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for the 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipe of 300 mm bore, class NP 2 with one collar per lenth of pipe, laid in trenches and jointed in cm 1:1 including demolition and breaking up of existing unserviceable drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including concrete bedding and haunching complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed of 300mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming, branch channel( 1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finish and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia SWG pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm thick in each layer all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil excavated materials to a distance exceeding 50m but not exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover (for manholes and drains) including necessary form work set in CM 1:4 with and including demolition of existing unserviceable cover complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work in small articles such as rungs, handles of man hole covers etc., grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 made to shape and placing in position complete all as specified and directed

Mechanically pumping out sewage water from sump well where required and as directed with taking precautionary measures including tools & plants as required and removing to a distances exc 50 metre but not exc 100 metre from the site complete (working in foul condition) all as specified directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning and desludging of existing septic tanks / sump well/ deep man holes of up to 3 metre deep including taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or manually or by way of any other suitable means including removal of sludge and other foreign materials out side the MD land by any means complete (working in foul condition) all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 14 here-in-above but 3m to 6m deep complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling of mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm (1:4) using old size bricks including demolition of existing brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing PCC/RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bands, plinth course, benching and other similar works including use and wast of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and surface even and fair including taking down of existing cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of bricks walls or concrete walls or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing and finishing surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10litres capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, flushing pipe and PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm including taking out of existing old unserviceable connections etc, connecting up new and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan pedestal pattern including seat cover white excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F vitreous China squatting pan (Orissa pattern), white, of size 580x440mm white, along with integral foot rests including flush pipe, lime concrete bedding including taking out of existing old WC pan, old lime concrete bedding, unserviceable connections etc connecting up new and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) floor trap (Diameter of outlet 75mm) plain with grating including jointing to waste pipe and fixed in cement concrete 1:2: 4 (type B1) mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufacturor instructions, including taking out of old unserviceable connections etc, connecting up new and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n. exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and coloured pigment to match the tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of existing floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200x6mm thick fixed over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of existing floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of WC trap and pipe upto Ist complete and removing all site residue all sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign material sludge etc to a distance exc 50 m and sealing the sides or trap, damage caused during cleaning, shall be made good by the contractor on daily basis to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage of floor /nahani trap and CI pipe complete and removing all site residue all sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign material sludge etc to a distance exc 50 m and sealing the sides or trap, damage caused during cleaning, shall be made good by the contractor on daily basis to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and removing waste material sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 m and burying in pits by the contractor ( The rates includes for labour for making good pits for burying sludge and disposal of its surplus spoil complete.)

Ditto all as per item No 33 here-in-above but depth of manholes exc 1.5 Mtr and and n.exc 3 mtr. Note:- (i) Contractor are advise to deploy the manpower on daily basis for item 35 to 38 at 0900 AM to collect the complaints by auth rep of contractor from complaint I/C to rectify these on the same day and completion report/ slip will be handed over with in 48 hrs. (II) Non rectification of any complaint will be charged with Rs 150 per complaint per day. (III) All Necessary T&P and rectification of complaints and all necessary precautionary equipment should be provided by the contractor to safaiwala/ labours.
