Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following capacity Machine room less electric traction type elevators suitable for following travel height, 2 stops & 2 openings [Ground floor & First floor] and entrance at front side and exit on same side, automatic centre opening door, car enclosure provided with following side glass doors / anti scratching stainless steel panel suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency type traction control,speed of 1.00 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, simple operations, operating panel with Braille Luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI’s EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for suitalbe height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman’s switch at ground floor, digital car positions indicator in car and at all positions indicator in car and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, suitable protocol for BMS connentivity, light fixtures, ventilation fan, etc Complete with all accessories including automatic rescue device in the event of power failure etc and confirming to tender requirment. (Glass panel wherever be used shall be one hour fire rated) along with floor announciation in local, hindi and English language. 16 passenger (minimum capacity 1068gs), 6 mtr travel height, following side glass panel: Glass panel door (front) [Glass door with Stainless steel frame, car enclosure provided with anti scratching stainless steel panel on rest of the side and entrance & exit at front side] same Side Opening as per site condition and specification given including replacement/dismantling of existing elevator and as direction of EIC.

SH-II All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC) AICMC of 16 passenger Elevator (as per item no. 1) which include routine, preventive, breakdown maintenance,monthly preventive maintenance visit of trained engineer / technician, attending any number of breakown calls during the month as and when required, and repair / replacement of wornout items with minimum downtime and carrying out renewal of lifts licenses (if applicable) etc as per special conditions / specifications enclosed.

For First Year After DLP (4.5 % of total SITC Cost)

For Second Year After DLP (6 % Esalation on First Year AICMC Rate)

For Third Year After DLP(6 % Esalation on Second Year AICMC Rate)

For Fourth Year After DLP(6 % Esalation on Third Year AICMC Rate)

For Fifth Year After DLP (6 % Esalation on Fourth Year AICMC Rate)
