Taking down carefully 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan of any make from the hook and carry to the wksp including rehanging after repair the same at existing position after cleaning dirt,oiling, greasing of fan complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Total service time from taking down to rehanging must not exceed 3 Days. APenalty of Rs 200.00 per fan per day ( or part there of) upto a maximum of Rs 2000.00 shall be imposed in case work not excueted within specified time.

All as per serial item No-1 above but for Exhaust fan 225mm to 450mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No-1 above but for pedestall/wall mounting fan of any type and any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Strip opening of ceiling fan 1200 sweep and carrying out rewinding with proper grade/guage super enamelled copper winding wire so as to achieve original specifications i.e current rating and RPM including replacement of rubber real ,nut bolt,clamp as required and reasembling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- RPM test of ceiling fan with suitable tachometer will be done in the presence of Engineer -in -Charge.

All as per srl item No.4 above but ceiling fan of 1400mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- RPM test of ceiling fan with suitable tachometer will be done in the presence of Engineer -in -Charge.

All as per serial item No-4 above but for wall mounting/pedestal fan of any type and any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for re-winding of exhaust fan/bracket fans/wall mounting fans/pedestal fans 225mm to 300 mm sweep after strip opening of motor with proper grade/guage of super enamelled copper wiring so as to achieve original specifications i.e current rating and RPM including all insulating materials, bushes etc re-assembling complete all as specified and directed. Note :-RPM test of ceiling fan with suitable tachometer will be done in the presence of Engineer -in -Charge.

M and L for Replacement of PVC plug top 5 Amp, 240Volts (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing worn out /defective gun metal bush and material & labour for new gun-metal bush to the ceiling fans of any size/make incl reassembling and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing defective/worn out condenser any size/make and material and labour for condensor of capacity 2.5 mfd ,220 Volts including making connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.53 here-in-before but of capacity 3.15 mfd capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective fan regulator any type and make and supply & fix electronic step type fan regulator 5 stage speed variation ISI marked including making connection etc and cutting to the required size of 3 mm thick bakelite sheet where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Replacement old damaged/ unserviceable connection wire with new flexible, PVC insulated, multi-stranded, copper wire, 0.75 Sqmm, twine core, FRLS, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out worn out/cracked canopy and supply & fixing canopy with screws to the ceiling fans of any size/make etc complete all as specified and directed. (Set of 2 pieces)

M & L for Replacement old damaged/ unserviceable/ rusted nut, bolt with new nut, bolt of 10mm dia and 50mm long, mild steel including spilt mild steel safety pin, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Replacement old damaged/ unserviceable ceiling fan hanging clamp/ assembly with new hanging clamp/ assembly, mild steel including rubber reel, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for lathe work/polishing/greasing and fixed new ball bearing in ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed

M & L For meaking Hole for exhaust fan 300 mm sweep complete re plastring and meaking Good as per existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement exhaust fan made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with lovers shutter,voltage 230v,50 HZ, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
