Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out any type of soil.

M & L hard core of broken stone and boulders gauge n exc 60mm deposited spread and level in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface.

M & L 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.

M & L 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in topping layer.

M&L forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous fillar and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete.

M&L for Precast cememt concrete type-C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L Cement Concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing.

Excavation over area n exc not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charg.

Extra over item No 1 for Each addittional 1.5 m depth or part thereof in depth beyound the first 1.5 m depth.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for manholes etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charg.

M&L for Rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC and finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor of 110mm bore pipe.

M & L for 100mm thick concrete bed to drain pipe in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after laid and tested for 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, laid dry as directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Precast reinforced cement concrete, type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggreagate) as in manhole cover set in cement mortor 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use & waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs, such as roof slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in hard/dense soil.

M&L Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete.

S&F Steel work Tubular truss/ member incl special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St 240. complete all as specified.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

All as per item No 27 here-in-before but plain steel sheet.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting to new surfaces steel based over a coat of red oxide primer exc. 10 cm width/girth including preparation of surfaces including filling with filler where reqd all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2, as in sub base (100mm thick ) to paving complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm Graded agregate) on floor finishing surface even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
