13.30 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge: 13.30.1 With cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ).

13.16 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: 13.16.1 Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm

12.35 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.35.1 New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.
