Dismantling the existing damaged wooden platform and providing and fixing WPC deck flooring using 24 mm thick deck plank (Plank Size:2900x148x24 mm) to be fixed on the aluminium (16 Gauge - 25x37x1.5mm Thickness/nearest) frame using drywall screw and clips complete as per direction of Engineer- Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc complete. The rate including stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un serviceable materials as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and placing GI tubular pile in water (with dimensions exactly matching the existing pile), including pile cap, cutting, welding, lowering, driving to required depth and seating in hard strata, alignment, hot-dip galvanizing with epoxy or PU painting, and all labour, materials, equipment, mobilization/demobilization, barge, scaffolding, and incidental works, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. DIA 51.6 cm ( or nearest available).

Clearing and removing thick karuka and other underwater weeds and other submerged materials or under water and other floating water weeds in the river including all labour charges etccomplete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

DRY RUBBLE MASONRY _ Dry rubble without concrete levelling course masonry with good quality blasted rubble including packing to compactness to lines and levels cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site

Filling with contractor own earth (excluding rock) in open areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in charge.

Steel work in built up G I tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Providing and applying protective painting system on metal surfaces (handrails/piles) after scraping to remove all rust, scale and foreign matter, followed by application of 125-micron DFT Jotamastic 80 AL as primer for corrosion resistance, 125-micron DFT Jotamastic 80 AL Red as intermediate coat for durability and contrast, and 60 micron DFT Hardtop XP 7021 polyurethane topcoat for gloss retention and long-term protection, achieving a total dry film thickness of 310 microns, all applied with recommended thinner and tools as per manufacturer?s specifications, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding and equipment, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand):Raised and cut pointing

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Scraping and removing all loose, cracked, or deteriorated plaster/mortar from the ferrocement surface of the pontoon, including cleaning the area with wire brush and water jet to remove dirt, laitance, and foreign matter. Providing and applying a bonding coat of polymer-modified cement slurry (using SBR Latex) over the prepared surface. Re-plastering the treated area with polymer-modified cement mortar in 1:3 proportion (cement:sand) in required thickness (3?5 mm for surface finishing or up to 10?15 mm for patch repairs) to restore the original surface. Finishing the surface smooth to match adjacent areas, curing adequately, and providing and applying two coats of marine-grade epoxy/ polyurethane protective coating over the repaired surface to ensure watertightness and durability, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing PVC, pipes fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. this includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 32 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 - internal work- Exposed on wall

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings, with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
