Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in superstructure including necessary cutting & moulding of bricks as required for 1.5 brick thick wall including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and applying two coats of Distemper paint of approved colour to all required work area including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface etc. complete.

Providing and laying 75mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing structural steel work in tubular ,trusses, other similar trussed purlins and members with all bracing, gusset plates, bolts & nuts & Anchor bolts, steel clips for roof fixing etc. as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting fixing in position, Making riveted/bolted/welded connection and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it 2 coats of oil painting approved quality and shade etc. complete. All exposed steel structures and foundation bolts shall be hot dip galvanised with minimum 610g/Sq.m and fastening bolts and nuts shall be galvanised with a minimum coating of 305g/Sq.m.

Providing and fixing colour coated Zincalume (R) AZ150 (min 150 gms/sq.mt. total on each side) profiled sheets for roofing. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT) (0.5 mm TCT), Hi-strength steel with min.550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% aluminium 43.4% zinc 1.6% silicon) with COLORBOND (R) steel quality super durable polyester paint coat (with inorganic pigment). Rate shall include 4 mm thick ACP sheet(0.25+3.5+0.25) Alstrong or equivalent fixing with spacer tape and ACP sheet bounded with special type structural sealent of dowcorning 789 or eqivalent in dust free condition. The gaps between ACP sheet to be filled with weather sealent and baker rod or 12mm foam sheet to ensure water and Air tightness in all complete complying with standard specification or as directed by the engineer at site.
