Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work,blasting work,chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu- reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work within all leads and lifts in:-

Foundation footing bases of columns etc and mass concrete.

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Columns, pillars, post and struts: - Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Columns, pillars, post and struts: -Circular or Curved in plan.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels.: - Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunching, cantilever, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor.

Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landings.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: - Floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness.

Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide.

Providing & Laying cement concrete work in M20 design Mix (Not leaner than 1:1.5:3) curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work within all leads and lifts in:-

Foundation footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs,landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.

Stair cases (Except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto floor two level.

Colunms pillars posts and struts upto floor two level.

Providing and laying Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire within all leads and lifts upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work within all leads and lifts in: Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work within all leads and lifts in: - Foundation and plinth.

Provdiing and laying 20 cm thick composit stone masonry with facing of grind stone in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :snnd) and concrete backing with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3and :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm norinal size) on inner face of walls including cenrting shuttering and propping complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burunt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) within all leads and lift: - (Ist class brick)

Half bricks masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 sand) within all leads and lifts: -(Ist class brick)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position within all leads and lifts: - (Ist class Teak wood)

Providing and Fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws within all leads and lifts: - 40 mm thick (Ist class Teak wood)

Providing and Fixing wire gauge shutters using galvenised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows & clearstory windows i/c bright finished black iron enamelled hinges with necessary screws within all leads and lifts: -40 mm thick (Ist class deodar wood)

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 ( 1Cement :3 Sand) within all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 sand) within all leads and lifts.

White glazed tiles 6 mm thick in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1 cement :3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm.thick in flooring (600 x600mm size)treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm. thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Anti scratch vetrified tiles (600x600mmx10mm) of apprved shade in flooring laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete within all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating of neat cement within all leads and lifts: - 40 mm thick

Cement plaster skirting (upto 30 cm height) with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junction with floor 20 mm thick within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm(average)thickness base of cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the Shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete within all leads and lifts: - 20mm.thick

Providing and fixing 40x3 mm iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 cm da bolts nuts and wooden pluges and embencing in C.C. block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts.

Providing & Fixing 0.60mm thick preprited steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coatig including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm over all with 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coatig including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick burl ply of standard quality and of approved shade & design wall lining including fixing with approved adhesive, butt jointing and nails & screws complete (Base frame work to be measured & paid for separately) within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 1.00 mm thick coloured or plain lamination sheet (sunmica) on boards/ply wood sheets with approved adhesive and nails etc complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with necessary screws etc. complete. (For Cup Board) within all leads and lifts: - 125 mm

Constructing Course rubble hammer dressed 'U' shape open surface drain with side wall. 15x22 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) and inside plastring with cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement:3 Sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 Sand : 10 graded stone aggregate) of 40 mm nominal size and 7.5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 75 mm x 60 mm rounded hand rails in straight length complete within all leads and lifts in :- 2nd class indian teak wood.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size within all leads and lifts.

Proving under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stoneAggregated 40 mm nominal size will rammed with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground within all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and inciuding preparing the suface be thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and othr foreign sand papering and knotting Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaningthe surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white within all leads and lifts.

Polishing two coats with french polish on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust,and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler within all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete within all leads and lifts.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaing walls / brest walls within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying HDPE pipe 90mm OD, PE 80, PN 4 for weep hole in all leads and lifs.
