protected, alternator of rated capacity at 0.8 power factor. The alternator will conform to relevant BS/IS

standards. The choice of alternator is to us unless specifically agreed upon. CONTROL PANEL: - Manual / ASAS

/ AMF Manual Panel – Standard Control Panel, louvered, Steel construction control panel, dust & vermin proof

comprising of MCB, Indicators & ignition key. ASAS Panel - Auto Start & Auto Stop Panel – louvered, steel

construction control panel, dust & vermin Proof comprising MCB, indicators, ignition key and auto sensor. Auto-

CONSTRUCTION: The construction will be modular, bolted construction and will have access from all sides. All

fasteners will have washers. The fasteners will be SS/Zinc coated MS.

Note-1:- All works shall be carried out as per Public Works Department, Hand Book & other specifications of Division or as directed.

Note-2:- All the columns in Schedule should be filled in digitally & the total of the entries in the last column should be struck by the contractor under his digitally

Note-3:- Rates quoted include clearance of the site (Prior commencement of work & at its close) in all respects & hold good for work under all conditions, site.

Note-4 The payment shall be made after availability fund. The contractor has no any claim in this regard.

Note-5 The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which no extra payment shall be made.

Note-6 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e.1% of the work done.

Note-7 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

Note-8 In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt.G.R.:PRC-10/2017 Cement Consumption/16/ C Date : 11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where

there is a change as per actual mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
