1.A company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 / 2013 and subsequent amendments thereto.-1.A company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 / 2013 and subsequent amendments thereto.Copy of PAN card.1.Registered with GST Authorities in India-Copy of Registration Certificates with the GST Authorities.3.Should have been operating for at least last five years in India as on the date of publishing of RFP notice (including name change / impact of mergers or acquisitions)-Copy of purchase orders showing at least 5 years of operations OR Certified true copy of balance sheet and P&L statements for last 5 years viz.., 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24-Maximum two companies shall be allowed in a consortium including the Lead Member.-Consortium agreement clearly stating the roles and responsibilities of each member
The bidder should have an average annual turnover of minimum INR 40 crores in the preceding three financial years i.e. FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24-a) Audited financial statements for last three financial years b) Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Statutory Auditor on turnover details over the last three (3) audited financial years-Bidder in case of Sole Bidder. Lead Bidder in case of consortium-The Sole bidder or all of the members of the consortium, should have positive net worth as per the audited consolidated financial statements in each of the last three financial years i.e. FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24-Certificate duly signed by Statutory Auditor or Certificate from Chartered Accountant clearly stating the net worth.-Bidder in case of Sole Bidder.
