Deployment of tools / equipment for & including Comprehensive load testing of HOT/EOT gantry crane of capacity 0.3 Ton to 3 Ton (once in a completion period of contract) all as directed .

Deployment of tools / equipment for & including Comprehensive load testing of HOT/EOT gantry crane of capacity 5 Ton to 10 Ton (once in a completion period of contract) all as directed . Note for item No 1& 2:- (i) Required load for testing of crane will be provided by the contractor under his own arrangement. (ii) Load testing shall be carried out through authorise service provider of OEM/as per specifided and directed by Engineer-in-charge and Contractor shall produce certificate after load testing for the same. (iii) Each EOT/HOT crane shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Comprehensive maintenance of HOT gantry crane of capacity 1 Ton to 2 Ton, greasing & oiling of components, checking of serviceability of all components complete all as specified and directed .

Comprehensive maintenance of EOT gantry crane of capacity 0.3 Ton to 3 Ton, greasing & oiling of components, checking of serviceability of all components, complete all as specified and directed .

Comprehensive maintenance of EOT gantry crane of capacity 5 Ton to 10 Ton, greasing & oiling of components, checking of serviceability of all components, complete all as specified and directed . Note for item No 3 to 5:- (i) Replacement of unserviceable Spare part will be measured & paid separately under respective item of Schedule (ii) Each EOT/HOT crane under respective items shall be measured & paid as one unit.

Material and labour for changing of gear oil of EOT crane of capacity 0.3 to 10 ton after draining out old oil including cleaning of gear box etc complete all as directed .

S&F in repairs power contactor of capacity 16 Amp 3 pole, 415/110 volt fixed to EOT crane & connecting complete all as directed .

S&F in repairs power contactor of capacity 32 Amp 3 pole, 415/110 volt fixed to EOT crane & connecting complete all as directed .

S&F in repair powers contactor of capacity 40 Amp 3 pole, 415 /110 volt fixed to EOT crane & connecting complete all as directed .

Supply and fix in repairs, single phase preventer for EOT crane & connecting complete all as directed .

S&F in repair Flame proof Pendent of EOT crane with capacity 0.3 ton to 5 ton including (Forward & Reverse, Left & Right, Start & Stop, Up & Down, Emergency Stop) all connecting function complete all as directed .

Dismantling & Refixing of wire rope of EOT/HOT crane from Rope Drum of capacity of 0.3 ton to 10 ton connecting complete all as directed . (Note - Quoted rate is deemed to include for Checking of wire for its strenghing capacity and serviceability of steel wire rope.)

M&L for Repairing of 1 HP capacity electric motor of EOT crane, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and taking out the old winding wires, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with appropriate size of super enamelled copper winding wire, and varnishing complete including replacing the worn out bearing reassembling the motor fixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repairing of 2 HP capacity electric motor of EOT crane, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and taking out the old winding wires, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with appropriate size of super enamelled copper winding wire, and varnishing complete including replacing the worn out bearing reassembling the motor fixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground PVC cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed. (Note: Work shall be executed as per clause 19.75 of standard schedule of rates part-1 (2009) for measurement purpose thickness of sand after punning down will be considered.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, classHV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Meterial and labour for attending complaints in EOT/HOT crane, locating faults ,caliberating controller panel and replacement of unserviceable parts , control wiring and components in EOT/HOT crane 0.3 Ton to 10 Ton and testing on completion , complete all as specified and directed Note: The quoted rate includes the following: (a) Taking down of unserviceable parts.
