Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Renewing wooden battens in roofs, including making good the holes in wall and painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture complete, including removal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

P/F partical board ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nail (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately.Cement bonded particle board.6 mm thick.complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer (Asian,Dulux ,Berger ,Nerolac Indigo Paints.)complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 600x600 mm Only (Kajaria/Somani/Orient Bell/Asian Granito / Hindware /Nitco) Make.complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.
