Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm 9Ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within any lead including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 with cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement: Five sand : Ten graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size), as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering .Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement : Three coarse sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size complete as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 mm (One hundred millimetre) thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four coarse sand) The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm (six millimetre) dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.

Second class brick masonry using common burnt clay building bricks in super-structure upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 90mm to 45mm ( ninety millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-I size [100mm (One hundred millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-A of size 13.2mm ( thirteen point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.30cum (zero point thirty cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate of 0.08 cum (zero point zero eight cubic metre ) per 10 Sqm ( ten square meter)to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specifications clause No. 405 and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and Laying 60mm (Sixty milimetres) Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 make of NTC/ GDC/Atlantica make including 4mm thick (Four millimetres) thick levelling course of sand and locking with cement concrete M-30 (M-Thirty) complete and as per IRC SP-63-2004 & IS 15658 as per the instructions of the Engineer-Incharge within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

15mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth witth cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) above plinth level to floor all level complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per drawing, design and specifications, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) above plinth level to floor all level complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per drawing, design and specifications, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain reinforcement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 PCC Grade (M-20) (M-twenty) nominal mix 1:2:4 (One cement: Two sand: Four graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetres) thickness as per HPPWD technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing precast RCC kerb stone of size 20x27x40cm (Twenty intotwenty seven into forty centimentre) in RCC 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size and curing complete including form work & painting the same etc; and the like as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Painting Wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per specifications, drawing and design including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC Plain bend on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodised/colour coated aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections as approved Hindal Co., Jindal Indian Aluminum Co. approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etcetera.
