Laying only PCC cable cover for LT UG cable, of any description retrieved from item No.1 to 06 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV , Type I , flat size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable all as specified and directed.

Laying only Steel Tubes (of any bore & size) laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground cables complete all as specified & directed. Note : - Serviceable tubes retrieved from Sl item No. 01 to 06 herein before shall be laid under this item. Quoted rates is deemed to be inclusive of replacement of fittings / fixtures, if any

S&F 40 mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches / wall for protection of underground cable when crossing the road complete

S&F 50 mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches / wall for protection of underground cable when crossing the road complete

S&F 80 mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches / wall for protection of underground cable when crossing the road complete

M&L for horizontal boring under roads / pavement / hard standing without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including provision of inserting of HDPE pipe of 90 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost. No payment shall be made in case the bore fails.

Overhauling of up to 160 KVA capacity transformer/Isolation TR, 11 KV / 433 V, by disconnecting LT / HT connections, cleaning complete for making it carbon free, checking for any loose bushings & making it rectified if found defective & reconnecting with LT / HT connections, testing and commissioning on load complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Filtration of transformer oil if required will be measured & paid separately. (ii) Topping up with new transformer oil if required will be measured & paid separately (iii) Any spare Part & rewinding if found unserviceable will be measured & paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair Temperature gauge for transformer of capacity from 160 KVA to 750 Kva complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in repair oil level gauge for transformer of capacity from 63 KVA to 750 KVA complete

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of transformer of capacity 63 to 160 KVA, including connected accessories complete by cleaning / scraping oil, grease dirt and rust with steel wire brush and emery paper to obtain clean and smooth surface, and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per MES colour code, including rewriting of MES No complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 50 above but transformer of capacity 400 to 750 KVA.

Dehydration / filtration of transformer oil of transformers, OCBs, PT's, oil switches, Ring main Tee unit , Stabilizers etc of various capacities installed at different locations by disconnecting plants electrically for recirculation existing transformer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till dielectric strength not less than 50 KV.

Note- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for following :- (i) Oil shall be tested after filtration and test result will be recorded before & after filtration of oil. (ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete. (iii) New Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid in relevant item as required

M & L for rewinding of HV / LV limb of transformer / Stabilizer of any capacity by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding cleaning of limb thoroughly and rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of the same gauge and turn with proper class of insulation impregnated & baking, assembling and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge (dry type/oil type) Note: Transpotation to & fro to local/company workshop is deemed to be above quoted rates.

Cutting, trimming and prunning of trees / tree branches / creepers / climbers of all around existing Sub Stn area up to fencing/boundry wall including cleaning the disturbed area beneath and removing the tree branches and debris from site and depositing all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Each sub stn will be maintained once in a month for 6 months and each substation will be measued as one unit for payment.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 120 sq. mm 3 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete. Note for Item No 57 to 58: (i) Earthwork, sand cushion, cable cover will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule. (ii) Straight through joint will be measured and paid separately.

Deployment of manpower and cable fault locator machine duly mounted on vehicle for detection of HT UG cable fault of any size & make by applying upto 15 KV supply to locate the fault and any necessary arrangements required contractor should be provided Note: Payment is only applicable if representative of contractor is able to traceout fault.

M&L for Repair/Maintenance of HT VCB 11 KV by cleaning the VCB by using air blower, tightening of connection/controls, checking of all fuses, sealing of VCB at bottom, repairing of VCB at bottom, reparing of mechanical parts, oiling/greasing of all moving -parts and carrying out following checks for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed at site.

(a) Visual Inspection

(b) Checking of funtional locks, interlocks, signaling devices and auxilliary devices.

(c) Checking of suitablility and correct operations of protections, control instruments and electrical connection of the circuit breaker operating mechanism.

(d) Checking of Tripping Mechanism operation.

(e) checking of Charging Limit Switch Operation.

(f) Checking with standard voltage on the auxiliary circuit.

(g) Checking of with standard voltage at potential transformer.

(h) Checking of Breaker ON/OFF operation manually and electrically.

(j) Testing of vacuum Bottle integrity.

(l) Checking of the insulation resistance of VCB.
