Opening of existing hand pump, with drawing all existing hanging pipes, connecting rods, cylinder etc. by opening thread carefully if available from the existing borewell / tube well by engaging expert tube well mechanic and helper and stacked properly at side as per direction of the E.I.C.

Making yield test of existing Bore well / Tube well with the help of Yield Testing Unit (YTU) by hiring, which is to be carried out by using a single phase 1.00 H.P. sumersible pump driven with a Diesel Generating Set and installating it at maximum depth of up to 57.00 mtrs of such bore well / tube well including labour charges, complete as per necessary direction / instruction of the E.I.C.

Supply, delivery & installation of 900n watt peak capacity Solar photovalaltic array along with 1.00 H.P. submercsible pump in the same bore (designed to use with solar power )of approved brand whose output is not less than 2000 ltrs/hours at 40 Mtr. head including supply of all necessary materials of appproved quality, labour, etc. with all allied works as per direction of the E.I.C. [D.C. submersibble Pump and controller should carry a warranty of 1 year directly from the manufactures]

Reinstallation of the existing hand pump set with all withdrawing materials in the same borewell including repairing of existing Hand Pump, replacing of damaged riser pipes (if found), conneting rods, brass cylinder etc. if required including supplying the required quantity of new spare parts of approved quality and fitting the same in position by engaging expert tubewell mechanic & hlper with necessary tools & plants after lowering of DC submersible pump.

Supplying, delivery & Erection of Pre-Fabricated M.S. Steel structure of 3.00 mtr height aboveG.L. resting of 5000 ltr. Capacity H.D.P.E. water storage tank of approved brand capable of extreme weather conditions including wind thrust 100KM/Hour with fixing of necessary MS Ladder/railing and painting with appropriate weather coats including construction of R.C.C. foundation (column structure) and all allied works as per approved drawing and direction of the E.I.C.

Installation of Solar Photovaltatic array panels on the structure as per standard & approved drawing which will griuted either ground based by Construction of foundation concrete or integrated with the staging steel structure of water tank. The solar pannels will then be connected to the pump controller which in turn will be connected to the pump as well as the level indicator of the water tank as per direction of the E.I.C. [Steel structure of the water tank and Solar Pannel which components will be Galvanized on MS are carry a warranty of 5 years and solar panels will also carry a warranty as per attached technical specs]

Supplying, delivey, fitting, fixing of Special Water Chamber of G.I. sheeted of approved quality as per specification over and above the 3rd plate of the Hand pump as per approved drawing including all fittings as per direction of the E.I.C.

Supplying, delivery & installation f a 5000 ltr. Capacity double layer HDPE water storage tank of approved make & brand including punching of reqired holes, etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C. [HDPE water storage ank should carries a warranty of 5 years for product]

Laying, Rising main, delivery main over flow, wash out pipe linewith supplying, fitting & fixing PVC pipes (ASTMD schedule -80, medium duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785 and threaded to match with G.I. pipes as per IS:1239 (Part-I) with all necessary accessories, valves, and fittings as per ISI Mark, including laying UPVC distibution main as per departmental specification to fed the water nearest to houses at least one habbitation gate water through stand post and complete the all works as per drawing & direction of the E.I.C.

Construction of R.C.C. street stand post with platform and 1.00 mtr. masonry drain etc. with ordinary cement concrete M-15 (Mix 4:2:1) with 20 mm down local hard stone (crusher broken) including plastering 20 mm (6:1) with neat cement to platform as per Dept. type drawing and design including tapping the distribution main, supplying, fitting, fixing, 15 mm brass ferrule with necessary saddle piece with 20 mm Dia. G.I. Pipe of TATA make medium quality (considering total length of pipe required up to 3.00 m) with specials. 20 mm dia gun metal wheel valve. 15 mm dia, Gun metal big cock, G.I. Nipple 20 mm x 15 mm dia G.I. reducing socket etc. all of approved quality etc. all complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Making barbed wire fencing around the Solar Pannels platform by supplying, fitting, galvanized on MS angle of approved quality which grouted on the earth by cement concreting as per drawing an arrangement and provision of a Gate with lock & key facility should be provided as per necessary direction of the E.I.C.

Extra carrige charges for transportation of all materials related withb the above work at working site by manual labour time to time by head load due to inaccessibility of site if required with specific prior permission.

Installation of Water Treatment Unit for Quality Effected Source for Contamination such as Fluoride/ Iron.

New 6" boring to be carried out in salected abitations where pre-existing bore well is not present

Operation and maintanance of Dual use Water Supply Unit including troubleshooting for a period of 2 (Two) Years

Operation and maintanance of Water Treatment unit including supply of consumables for a period of 2 (Two) Years
