M & L repair to broken/demaged RCC chajjas by makinggood with 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar 1:3 rendering 15 mm thick mixed with water proofingcompund to top & sides and soffits in CM 1:4 including necessary form work, reinforcement duly welded if required including demolation of broken/loose PCc or taking down old plaster upto a height of 9 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair of damged roof after complete removal existing treatment icl padding ,cleaning the surface using wire brush brooming down and applying the following treatment all as diercted in order or precedence as diercted. APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Rendering 15mm thick in Cm 1:4 on existing roof surface true to level after applying cement slurry @3kg/Sqm (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (c) Laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing polymeric membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (d) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm. (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption,% - Not more than 0.15. (ix) Cold flexibility - (-) 50C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (xi) Heat Resistance - Does not dirp at 1200 C (d) one coat of Aluminium paint of approved brand to be provided over the APP membrane. Note : The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for cutting grooves of size and shape as required in the parapet wall for tackling the APP membrane in the wall including making good the surfaces of groove as well as damaged surfaces of the wall after tackling of membrane in CM 1:3 to match with the adjoining surfaces.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floor/path/ etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory fabricated Hydraulically machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300x300X25mm thick (with grey cement and pigment), set in neat cement slurry including provision of 15mm thick cement screed bedding layer in CM (1:4), tiles joints shall be grouted and immediately after grouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in separate process in CM (1:3) mixed with pigments to match the colour of the Tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605x605mm frame work for false ceiling hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out GI flat iron 40x3mm size 60mm long and fixed expansion hold fasteneners 12.5mm dia and 40mm long, complete including existing wall and ceiling all as specified and as directed.

S & F 4mm thick Non-asbestos fibre cement decorative/designer building boards to steel frame work with screws in ceiling (flat and/or slopping) and including jointless finish with & also including joining compound and tape as per manufacturer instructions, complete including existing wall and ceiling all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) The board shall be confirming to IS-14862 and shall be manufactured from the homogeneious mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and shall be curred with high pressure steam using auto claving process.(ii) Aluminium frame work shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
