Providing Special repair to existing street light installed in I.A Gwalthai Distt. Bilaspur (H.P) (Sh- Phase II and Office Portion).

Supplying and drawing following size of PVC insulated, heat resistant, flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in existing surface / recessed, Steel/PVC conduit as required. 2x1.5 Sq. mm.

Supplying and erection of following depth sheet metal cubical pedestal of suitable dimensions with plus-minus 5 cm variation, made from 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet duly fabricated in a segregated manner for housing of switch fuse units, by welding each compartment on five sides & front side hinged, complete with locking arrangement, with sufficient No. vertical and horizontal intermediate switchgear housing compartments. The cubical pedestal shall have cable entry box at one or two sides, with epoxy powder coated approved paint and bonding to the existing earth etc. The same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions 15 cm high from ground level and 45 cm thick. The cubical pedestal shall be 15 cm from the top of cement concrete plat-form:- 300 mm deep (nominal) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing copper strip bus-bars suitable for 100 Amp. 415 volts capacity 4 No. each of cross-sectional area (25.4mmx3.17mm),in the existing enclosure with all accessories including connections etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing copper strip bus-bars suitable for 300 Amp. 415 volts capacity 4 No. each of cross-sectional area (31.75mmx6.35mm),in the existing enclosure with all accessories including connections etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB in the existing cubical panel board including drilling holes in the cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 100 Amp. -10 KA

(ii) 200 Amp. -16 KA

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size etc. i/c connection to old cables allready laid& trcingof cable and fault as requried at site:-:- (i) Armoured cable 25 sq. mm (3.5 core)

(ii) Armoured cable 35 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation but excluding sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. of the required size etc. i/c connection to old cables allready laid & tracing of cable and fault as requried at site and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.:- (i) Armoured cable 16sq. mm (2 core)

(ii) Armoured cable 25 sq. mm (3.5 core)

(iii) Armoured cable 35 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Providing and laying Double Walled Corrugated HDPE pipes having HSN code 3917 in ground as per depth requried at site by Engineer-in-charge i/c laying of old cables as and where requried of Telerex or Equivelent as approved and directed by the Engineer in charge. 63mm / dia as requried at site. (63mm or size required) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing LED street light fitting 100 wattln white colour with pressure die- cast housing with toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection LED/W(White complete in all respect.The fitting is to be fixed on existing bracket mounted on pole/on wall including wiring etcas required as approved and directed by Engineer in charge of Bajaj/ Philips/ wipro or equiv. make. The job also includes dismentaling of old fitting requried as site as per approval/direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of pole i/c GI pipe bracket already existing at site with two coats of aluminium paint as approved by engineer in charge i/c minor repair of pole & connection etc. as a requried and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/f sintex box (box size 18 inch by 18 inch) i/c cost of MCB or Kit kat as approved and directed by Engineer-in-charge i/c connection to the pole as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

P/f 6swg GI wire along with cables as requried at site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of old LED fitting along with driver complete in all respect as approved and directed by Enginner-in-charge.
