8545/E8 MAINT AND REPAIR OF STP AND SEWAGE PUMP INSTALLATION, REPLACEMENT OF PARTS UNDER GE(EAST) BAREILLY

Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sewage/sludge at STP MH of Capacity 150 KLD from Tube Settler, MBBR tank by manualay or using external sewage disposal pump sets to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tanks by scrapping with wire brush or any other means on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge / silt / sand / fungus etc deposited inside the sumps / tanks with buckets and depositing where directed, including removing duck media and followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of snow cem on internal and external surfaces including writing the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in white colour on black background on external walls after that replacing of duck media with new as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.1 here-in-before but STP 42 Map and Lal Phatak of Capacity upto 461 KLD

All as per Srl item No.1 here-in-before but STP JRC of Capacity 01/1.2 MLD. Note for item no. 1 to 4 :- (a) The followings are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (i) The disposal of accumulated/deposited sludge after drying out side the defence land to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5.00 KM from the STP. (ii) Before commencement of work, necessary arrangement for disposal of sewage/sludge be made and work to be carried out in fast pace by deploying more man power at STP in order to complete the work in max 02 days. (iii) Cutting and rewelding of supporting MS frame structure. (b) Replacement of unsv rusted portion of supporting MS frame structure. The cost of MS frame will be measured and paid separately

Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sewage from Chlorine Contact Tank and Treated Water Tank at STP 80 OR of capacity of 90 MLD by manullay or using external sewage disposal pump sets to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tanks by scrapping with wire brush or any other means on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge / silt / sand / fungus etc deposited inside the sumps / tanks with buckets and depositing where directed, followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of snow cem on internal and external surfaces including writing the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in white colour on black background on external walls complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The accumulated/deposited sludge after drying shall be disposed off out side the defence land to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5.00 KM from the STP cost of which shall be deemed to enclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Contractor is to arrange own diesel pump, T&P etc for cleaning purpose and minor spares and consumable like small screws, washers, cleaning agents consumables etc is deemed to be included in the cost, the unit rate quoted deemed to be include all safety precautions to be taken while working in STP.
