Supply and fix, factory made pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates, of size 105mmx60mm, made out of 1.25mm thick sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate,including cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B0) with 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate in backfilling of chowkhats etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors/chowkhats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of FE -290W (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, flush shutters 35mm thick,solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides, duly provided with 6mm thick Teakwood leeping on edges alround, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing (Make : M/S Rajshri/Sintex or Equivalent).

S & F factory made moulded door shutter with particle board core, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2 mm prelam PVC sheet on back face, complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.(Make : M/S Rajshri/Sintex or Equivalent)

S&F 100mm Butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-21complete all as specified.

S& F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channe having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing all as directed.

Supply and fix Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators, chowkhats and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with equired EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions. M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, drapery rod of stainless steel of 25mm dia, fancy type including set of fixing brackets as required at site for no deflection,fixed to wall for span not exceeding 2m, fixed to wall with stainless steel finols/finnels, connected accessaries, rubber packing, required screws and PVC rawal plugs as required complete all as specified and as directed. (No extra payment will be paid for bracket and all connecting items)
