Materials and Labour for,20 mm thick,second class hardwood boarding, planed one side with butt joint,supplied & fixed with nails in any situation (except flooring and skirting),including dismantling boarding,any description, fixed in any position with nailscomplete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,40 mm thick,cement concrete,Type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in sub base in floors/pavings/hardstanding etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450 X 300 X 7mm thick, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surface in ceiling and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing old surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of white wash,on walls, complete all as specified and directed.
