3	STATIC BALANCING OF CPP BLADES Scope of Work: Following works to be carried out on the Controllable Pitch Propeller Blades (10 nos) for the vessel ICGS Vajra. • Static balancing of Port (5 nos) & STBD (5 nos) Propeller Blades. CP Propeller Make: SCHOTTEL CP Propeller Diameter: 3400 mm Rated Speed: 235 RPM Rated Power: 9100 kW Approx. Weight of each Blade – 655 Kgs • Work Space & Crane facility will be provided by CSL. • All in-way jobs included. Materials, Tools & Consumables are in Bidder Scope. • Bidder shall submit the detailed work report after work completion. General Notes: i. The works shall be executed on turnkey basis. ii. The works shall be carried out at CSL work shop at Kochi. iii. All the works shall be completed as per CSL timelines. (Within 8-10 days from PO placement) iv. All necessary tools, tackles & consumables under the scope of Bidder. All tools shall be tested & Calibrated. v. The bidder should secure/cover the components during transportation to avoid physical damages. Any damage caused to the items during transportation/repair works shall be under bidder scope. vi. Fabrication of special tools and accessories if necessary will be under Bidder scope. vii. Bidder shall strictly abide with CSL safety rules/policies and other statutory regulations.	10	EA	-	-
