SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) 100mm bore (dia), Jointed in Cement Mortar of any description including PCC of Packing and Haunching to Sides of the Pipes (except Bed), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) 150mm bore (dia), Jointed in Cement Mortar of any description including PCC of Packing and Haunching to Sides of the Pipes (except Bed), complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m deep for foundations, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thickness as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material /soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggrerate as in bed concrete to drain pipes 100 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggrerate as in bed concrete to drain pipes 150 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone masonry walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing the debris outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with and including cement water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed.

Demolition Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 for manholes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks,straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks laid on edge on top surfaces of drains, bedded & jointly in cement mortar (1 : 4) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to 150mm pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required

M & L for Precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes), shelves including necessary formwork, and the like and set in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs holes of rat/mouse to manholes faces/surfaces by making good to wall, PCC benching, drains, channel etc, of section area not exc 150 Sqcm each and depth not exc 25cm each and filling the same with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregates and finishing to the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from PVC and RCC water tanks of capacity 250 to 500 Litres and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc including washing the tank with clean water and applying bleaching powder after removing scales, dirt complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning of Septic Tanks, soakage wells and manholes of any size and capacity by removing the sewage water and sludge and other materials by using Vehicle Mounted automatic sewage suction machine and disposal to out side MD land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages complete all as directed.

Cleaning of Manholes of any size , type and capacities by using a pressure pump used for sewage cleaning and removing out all waste solid material/ sludge to a borrow pit with in 50 m of the location of manholes and spreading bleaching powder on top and surrounding area of borrow pit and covering with fresh mud and finaly spreading unslaked lime , around the manhole and over the borrow pit complete all as directed.

M&L for keeping sewage lines fully functional by providing services of cleaning of blockages of sewage lines of any dia and depth, manholes of any size and depth, working in foul conditions, cleaning of manholes and sewage lines by mechanical means, flushing with water in sewage lines between successive manholes and keeping the system functional including water closets, floor traps, Nahani traps, gully traps etc, upto final drop/outlet into septic tanks, in the area Under AGE B/R II by providing adequate manpower for attending complaints of sewage cleaning as instructed by concerned JE with complaint slip and report back to the same JE after resolution of complaints including maintaining of the record of complaint slips after getting signature of users, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Note:- Minimum Two unskilled workers of contractor shall report daily to the JE concerned for noting down of complaints and attending to them, daily at 9 Am including sundays and holidays but if more personals are required to make the sewage line fully functional the contractor shall provide more manpower and the quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the same, the bidders/tenderers are advised to meet with AGE B/R-II to schedule a visit to the site to acess the total requirement of manpower at site and quote their rates accordingly and no claim whatsoever on account of misunderstanding or anything else shall be admissible at any later stage.
