ERECTION
Work of Dismantling the Existing 132 kV CT from the structure during the shutdown of ALSTOM Make 40 MVA Transformer-II, remove of secondary connection, conductor clamps un-bolt the CT from structure & also dismantled CT's shifted from switchyard to store of 132kV Substation Bindal by Hydraulic crane or manually including all labour &T&P etc .
Work of modification of supporting Structure as per requirement of New 132kV,400/200/1 CT's by cutting, welding, drilling etc. & making earthing as per CT body earth point including all labor&T&P
Work of lifting of 132 kV CT from the store of 132kV Substation Bindal & Placing at supporting structure of CT's of 40MVA Transformer-II bay safely by Hydraulic crane or manually and Work of tightening of all nut & bolts of 132kV CT to the supporting structure, jumper and all the clamps & wire of secondary connection by ferrule of wire as per drawing, earthing including all labor & T&P.
Providing and Fixing of CT clamp having 6 No.s U-bolts of size 25mm for Panther Conductor including nut,botls & washers as per given sample.
Work of testing and commissioning of 132 kV CT of 40 MVA ALSTOM T/F-II bay with breaker Tripping command complete with frame and other accessories etc as per drawing and manual including all labor and T&P etc.
